Perfect location on the island of Ortigia. Hidden behind a restaurant next to the outdoor dining area in a nice square. Which meant minimal noise during the night but it was little noisy early in the morning with deliveries. (Not the hotels fault). The room offered everything we needed for a night to rest. Breakfast was included at the main hotel/reception building. This was only a short walk away. Breakfast was your typical continental selection. The coffee and croissants went down a treat. The staff were really friendly and seemed only too happy to help. Check in was really easy as was check out. If we ever pass through Ortigia again I would happily stay here.

We arrived late, around 9.50 pm after 11hrs train & bus trip, access was thankfully simple. The apartments are reached via a restaurants large court yard. Yay a vodka tonic and dinner at our door, so welcome after our long day. Apartment is quiet, very good sound proofing, (restaurant closes at 11). Accommodation is simple, clean and spacious. The bed is huge! Whats app communication with staff very helpful. Great little kitchenette, lacked a kettle, but had everything else.We had booked early and it was cheap. Sadly we hadn't booked more days at accommodation..Ortigia is fabulous and hard to leave, would have happily stayed much longer.

Small thing, a kettle would be good, but we just used a pot. No drama. Having to pay at another location may be a pain to some..we where out exploring so not a problem...but if it was raining ? Small things..we honestly wished we'd booked to stay here longer, great little pad in heart of town 2 mins from swimming beach. Perfecto.

A wonderful place to stay. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Well-equipped bathroom with bidet. The kitchen was also well stocked. The bed linen and towels were of very good quality and the beds super comfortable, which for me is paramount. The hostesses were extremely nice and kind. Throughout our stay we had contact with them. They were so kind that they even invited us to breakfast. There was even an option to leave our luggage with them on the day of departure and we didn't have to lug it around with us while we looked around before we left. The location is great close to the sights and at the same time in a quiet courtyard.

The breakfast was great, personnel very skilled, English speaking. The environment around the accommodation is restaurant - opened till 11:00. so if you need something to eat or drink - you open the door and you are immediately on the terrace of restaurant. For me it was very useful. Generally - fully recommended.

The kitchen area was not very clean It's 300 metres away from the reception and it was a bit tricky to find (knowing it's in the courtyard of Vecchio Pub 1979 would be a helpful reference point) Communication via Booking.com was not as friendly and helpful as in person (for example knowing about breakfast in advance)

Property was very central, close to the centre. Host was really nice and responsive. Comfortable bed, rich and fresh continental breakfast

Property is in front of a restaurant, at ground floor, so you have to go through the tables to get to the entrance. Very well sound proofed though, slept well.

great location, connected with all main amenities of the area. Wifi also worked well throughout our stay.

The overall architecture of the room is split level, with very steep stairs which may not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

The location was within a few minutes of everywhere I needed to go for work. The restaurant courtyard outside the front door meant we could get food without going anywhere if we wanted to. July weather was incredibly hot and the AC was amazing! We had a WhatsApp number to message for help whenever we needed.

This isn't the fault of the property, but my European travel adapters didn't work. All the plugs are type L, which I couldn't buy before I traveled. It was an easy fix from a local supermarket.

The location is very good and looks very good. It has 2 air conditioners, so it will cope regardless of the season. It is at number 3, in an inner courtyard, but it is signposted with a poster.

In the inner courtyard there is also a very nice terrace with decent prices. However, if you are an early riser or have young children who do, this may not be the place for you. It's not the music, but the world can be happier. The windows of the house are good, but...

Great location! it’s a bit tricky to find because there are some construction works outside but it’s a nice place, super close to main attractions and restaurants.

The reception didn’t response to my messages when I tried to contact them a couple of hours before my arrival. The phone wasn’t being answered either, but once I reached them it was all fine. There’s no reception at the place, so you will have to arrange an arrival time the most exact you can, so they’re there when you reach the place. Once you reach the reception, the personal is super friendly and they helped us with information about the tours and other attractions.
