The hotel has a very good standard. It is a chain of hotels, so someone probably takes care of a similar level in each location. Breakfast is okay, maybe not wide, but an acceptable choice of products. Clean and tidy, nicely decorated rooms with Udine photo wallpapers. Nice service, but working until 11 p.m.

Thin walls. I had to listen to the neighbors' "love ecstasies" in the evening. The temperature in the rooms was about 25 degrees. And we couldn't change it. That was too much. The parking lot right by the entrance is tiny, there is a bigger one a few meters away, but it still barely fit the cars in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B hotel in Italy. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and spacious – perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and there was plenty of parking available, which made things even easier. Overall, great value for money and a place we would gladly return to in the future!

More than just a Hotel. What good: 1. Kindness of the staff - they’re just great! 2. Location - it’s very close to most important places of the city, like Castle, Old Town, but also great Restaurants etc. 3. Clean room 4. Very nice breakfast with super price (my little advice if food might be quite different some days as eating the same thing every single day is a little bit boring, but food of course was very good) 5. Safe parking 6. Look from the window - Mountains ❤️

The location of the hotel is good - within 10 minutes to the center of Udine. The cleanliness of the rooms is fine, but the equipment is older, so a few shortcomings were visible (corners in the shower, etc.). The buffet breakfast is tasty - adequate selection. Parking approximately 50m from the hotel in a closed area.

Older furniture in the room and bathroom - it would be advisable to replace it. Missing bedside tables. Missing charging sockets on both sides of the bed (they were only on one side). Smart TV in the room - it was not possible to connect with a mobile phone as stated. WiFi is slow.

Room was quite large with 2 single beds and a desk.Shower was ok with good hot water,checkin simple and fast and the building is ok with good and fast lift.Room price is a very good value for money.Employees very friendly.Still a good hotel for short period.

The room has no fridge,shower cubic was ok but too short shower handle.The hotel is near the centre of Udine but for me I found lot of walking and it is quite far and so it is the train station from where I was coming from.Not many shops,only a restaurant that still far and chinese take away.So you need go to city centre where are lot of restaurants,bars and shops.

I couldn't adjust the air conditioner in my room myself, so I had to ask the receptionist to turn it on or off, as the room didn't have an individual remote control, unlike the other rooms, and it was probably one of the few or the only room without an individual remote control. Otherwise, everything was great!

Breakfast was excellent. THe problem of bathroom was shower - no preasure there for the whole time of staying. The room was alright and as expected. The only problem at beginging was to high of a temperature during night, that I was not able to regulate even with windows open.

Very good place to stay, when you travel by bike. It is not in the city center, but you can reach restaurants in a max 10 minutes walk. They offer gluten free pastry. You can check-in and out anytime by yourself using with a interface,

When we went to the breakfast almost everything was already eaten by other guest and it took some time to refill, so in the end we stuffed us with some leftovers. Hard to say if we had bad luck or it is a common situations.

The rooms are ok, but of course basic. The location is also ok, but not really in the best place. It is comfortable for a shelter. The personnel is extremely corteous and helpful.

We found breakfast for 8 euros per person a litte too much, so we did not book it (for four people). The walls are extremely thin and one hears everything from the neighbour room.

Near the city center, 10 minutes on foot, excellent parking, breakfast quite sufficient.

The heating was working very poorly, it just shuts off and there is some malfunction, when cleaning the room they took our personal accessories cups and didn't leave new ones, they also didn't leave toilet paper, it could be a little cleaner.
