The TV set does not work efficiently,it goes off and on intermittently and international channel is only one,BBC. Additionally,the penthouse open lounge is not free for guests in the evening.

The view is very nice. Convenient location. The staff are great, kind and extremely helpful. A good price relative to the rest of Beirut. A great hotel if you are the type that wants to travel around the city and spends a lot of their time outside.

The building is a bit old, so the facilities are not the best. It is still good, but not ideal. For example the wifi sometimes had some issues. No pool or gym. However this wasn't a particular issue for me because I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. So it is not the best option if you want a resort type of hotel where you spend a lot of time there, but overall still a great hotel. Highly recommend.

The location of Bayview Hotel is convenient, but unfortunately it was very loud at night due to several lounges nearby, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The facilities also need improvement. The bathroom was not as clean as expected — I even found hair strands in the bathtub, which was disappointing. Overall cleanliness could definitely be better. The stay had potential, but I think more attention to hygiene and soundproofing would really improve the experience.

The location. It's very close to downtown, with many restaurants. A very lively neighborhood The staff were very polite and helpful by all means Beautiful views of the Mediterranean from the balcony. The lounge where we get our breakfast is on the 7th floor with gorgeous views in the morning. The room and bathroom were clean. It needs renovation, but it wasn't a big issue

Even though this particular issue is not caused by the hotel, but it's the hotel's problem. Across the street there is a restaurant that plays terribly loud music till late at night. I stayed on the 6th floor, and still the noise was too loud at night. If you're planning to stay up late during your stay, then you may even enjoy it, but if you're on a business trip like me and need a good sleep then this is something you need to consider The other thing is the TV system. It's terribly outdated, with very small screen and limited choice of channels. One last thing. The AC thermostat does not work. Even though I lowered the fan to the minimum I still had to cover with a heavy blanket to stay warm. Of course if you turn it off it will become terribly hot in the summer

The Hotel is really nice and in an amazing location. The view is beautiful , wish we had more time as we checked really late and had to leave early.

The noise / music from close by restaurants was great to listen to but not for someone that is looking to sleep early. Music stopped around 12:30 and that’s a weekday.

My Beirut Go-To It’s not my first time, and definitely not the last. Every time I’m in Beirut, Bayview is the first hotel that comes to mind, for all the right reasons: Unmatched sea view. Prime location, close to everything I need. Consistent, welcoming service. Comfortable stay that feels familiar and calm. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to without even thinking twice.

The Breakfast is so delicious , the staff are so kind and cooperative and responds to any comment or request very quickly, location is in the middle of everything , cafe, restaurants , and transportation ,the view i can't tell anything and describe how beautiful is , you should go and be one of the guests in this fabulous hotel .

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The view from my room was fabulous AND I had a balcony. The breakfast is delicious and served on the roof which has a BEAUTIFUL sea view.

Smoking - all rooms are smoking rooms. BUT I had asked and had confirmed to me that I had a non-smoking room. When I asked about this they offered to change my room but when I viewed the other rooms they were all the same and smelled of years of smoke. The answer to me when I asked was, 'the last guest who was here for 3 days did not smoke'. I counted 9 ashtrays in the room. The balcony doors were opened and that helped but the smell is in the carpet and furniture.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms that provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the cozy bedding to the sleek and modern amenities. I truly felt pampered during my time there. One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. The team at Bayview hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

I took a sea view balcony in this hotel and everything was amazing and wonderful. I have come with my Mum and now we have positive and good memories

the breakfast was really good with location on the top roof but there is limited area on the roof so I hope they open the whole area on the top
