The localization , the place, the view, the restaurants, the staff , the food everything amazing.

The noise near of the facility and the drinks in all inclusive is not good. I had bear, wine and sprinkle wine (was good).

The beach and the location was great

Our room was very close to all the clubs so at night specially weekends there was a lot of loud music noise till 3-4 am. We didn't do all inclusive but heard good wasn't so good.

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Krystal Cancun to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was nothing short of amazing! This was our first holiday without the kids in a while, and the experience felt like a refreshing retreat. Having traveled to over 24 countries, we can confidently say that this holiday lands in our top two—second only to the awe-inspiring beauty of Iceland. Mexico has truly left us wondering why it took so long to visit! **Highlights of Our Stay:** - **Dining Experience:** The food was a delight, with three restaurant options to choose from. Two of these required prebooking, ensuring an exclusive dining atmosphere. Every meal was a culinary treat. - **Exceptional Service:** The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. - **Impeccable Cleanliness:** The level of cleaning and hygiene was outstanding—truly deserving of recognition. - **Spa Bliss:** Our couples' spa experience was one of the most memorable moments of our trip. The serene atmosphere and skilled staff provided us with unparalleled relaxation. - **Wonderful Pool & Beach:** Both the pool and the beach offered breathtaking views and were perfect for unwinding. - **Top-Notch Customer Care:** The service throughout was exceptional, making us feel cared for at every step. One area for improvement was the slight delay in communication at the beginning of our stay, which caused us to miss out on securing some extra-special treatment. However, the team sincerely apologized, and we were more than happy with the resolution. The location of Krystal Cancun is ideal—just a 30-minute drive from the airport and less than a two-minute walk to the vibrant tourist area. It’s a fantastic base for exploring the beauty of Cancun. **Final Thoughts:** Our experience was a solid 9/10, and we can’t wait to return, this time with the kids. We’re sure they will love it as much as we did.

Good location, nice restaurants,

There is a jetsky departing spot right in front of the hotel beach with no separation from swimming area, so we need to be aware of jetskies all the time

The overall appearance of the hotel remains quite inviting and impressive. The standard room facing the city was very good. The waiter in the breakfast room was very good though. The prices at the beach bar were very fair.

There were not enough beach chairs at the beach. So if you arrive @ 10:00 am there is no beach chair available on the beach anymore. In my opinion a no go for that priced hotel. That's what we are there for, to go to the beach. Make more beach chairs along the beach. One of the elevators in tower #1 was broken again. I have been to this hotel a lot. Everytime there's one of the two elevators out of service. The breakfast in the past was better. More choices. If you just stick to the omlette station, that's good and fine. But the rest is not really impressive anymore. Seems like they are cutting corners compared to past stays. I can compare, so I'm able to judge. The waiter in the breakfast room was very good though.

Check in is at 3pm. Hotel won’t take dinner reservations for specialty restaurants. All inclusive does not include everything on the menu. Which is wrong!!!!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! I stayed in a Standard Double Room for four nights, and it was a truly enjoyable stay. Service & Staff 👏 From the Aquamarina restaurant staff to the front desk team, pool bar, and towel station attendants, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even better. Dining 🍽️ The hotel has four different restaurants, but I only dined at Aquamarina. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, offering a wide variety of options. The average dinner cost was around 450-500 pesos. I was happy to see plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices, making it easy to find food as a vegetarian. Another huge plus was having a Starbucks inside the hotel, which was super convenient for me as a remote worker. Room & Cleanliness 🏨 My room was spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. The hotel itself had a very clean atmosphere. The room was also well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a microwave, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Location & Safety 📍 The location is perfect—situated at the corner of the Hotel Zone, it’s only a 5-minute walk to nightlife spots like Coco Bongo and other clubs. I felt very safe walking around, even at night. I enjoyed taking walks along the bike path—1-1.5 km towards La Isla and 2-2.5 km towards Playa Tortugas. The hotel also has a stunning beach, which is one of its biggest highlights! Entertainment & Activities 🎶 The hotel hosts nightly events, which added a fun touch to my stay. One night, a Mexican singer performed, and another night featured a dance show—both were fantastic! Final Thoughts 💯 Overall, my experience was excellent, and I truly believe the hotel is worth the price. I would definitely recommend it for its amazing location, great service, and stunning beach! Would love to visit again! 😊✨

Areas for Improvement ⚡ While I had a great experience overall, here are a couple of suggestions: It would be helpful to label dishes at Aquamarina restaurant with vegan and gluten-free tags for better clarity. The spa and massage services were a bit pricey, so more affordable options could be a nice addition.

Having in mind that I have visited Cancun to attend a conference the location was the main reason for my choice and it met my expectations! The beach is beautiful, the rooms are good and the breakfast was great. I also was granted some benefits as a Booking guest such as a 15% discount on some of the on food and beverages and fee other things which I did not expected.

Most of the staff were helpful and efficient, yet most of them apart from ones working at the reception and managers insist on speaking Spanish. Cleanliness could also be improved,

Been going to Krystal Cancun for dew years now, this 2024 has been there already twice, the location is great, close to different entertainment that the city offers, bus station walking distance to different locations if you want to explore, the beach is Amazing, blue Azure waters. the staff is very nice and responsive, had few requests (extra towels, changing coffee pots….) and they were always responsive on the spot. very respectful and professional. Few options of food are available on property that will suite even picky eaters.

we always requested to be in tower A (1) because once we had tower B (2) and we were not happy because of the noise coming from one of the most popular and closest night club to the property. so we requested to be relocated to the main tower and the staff once again was very understanding and transferred us to the main tower.
