The pool is very big and nice. The food is pretty good considering its an all inclusive buffet. The drinks menu is exeptionally big with many different options. The resort also offers a la carte restaurants as a part of the all inclusive package. The food in the a la carte restaurants arent particularly nice, but it gives the feeling of being in a “real” restaurant with menu and appetizers and more. The staff is incredibly nice and all clearly very good at their jobs. Highclass place for a very affordable price. They had a bunch of activities troughout the whole day like bingo, guacamole class, mixology class and so much more.

It is a bit far from everything else in Playa del Carmen but they have free bikes so its not the biggest problem.

The check-in was very smooth and the room was very clean. Secured parking area. We had one issue with the safe and they sent someone immediately to correct it. We were in the exclusive section and it is well worth the extra money. The food was excellent. The international buffet exceeded our expectations. Food was fresh and wait staff was very efficient. This was a small resort and was exactly what we wanted, more personable and easy to get around. The sargassum was being caught by nets so it was not that bad-good job by the resort. I saw lots of complaints about the boats - that added to the ambiance and everyone needs to make a living- not an issue. Would highly recommend this resort.

LOL! The mini golf needs some work on the course. Tilted incorrectly. But it was still fun and a neat attraction. Bed was a little too firm for me. Otherwise there were no complaints. Thank you to all the staff who work hard, smile and always say hello.

Nice location

All public areas needs upgrade. The mosaic tiles in the pool is coming off, gym needs new equipment(broken machines, lacking weights), restauarants need a refurbishment to stay relevant. Tenniscourt is falling apart more or less. Details, things are broken, why dont they fix it, fence around had barbed wire, now it is cut open in most places and it looks bad, put up new or remove it… Raccons live under the building due to holes in the foundation…..

The location of the property is wonderful- right on the beach. The facilities are amazing with updated bathrooms. What I loved most was the fact that it’s not a massive resort and feels quite intimate, but still with the necessary anonymity. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was magnificent- incredible “snack bar” serving burgers, pizzas etc throughout the day (aside from the amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet). I must also commend them for their environmental sustainability initiatives. We had an amazing 5 nights here and would 100% recommend.

We have travelled all over the world and have stayed in many hotels. We prefer low key, smaller resorts that nestle amongst palm trees as opposed to the larger resorts that dominate, have lots of pools, slides etc. The resort was a perfect size for us as our children (8 and 10) could run around and we felt they were safe. Lots for them to enjoy and they had freedom. Beach area was perfect, cosy and felt private but a 30 second walk and you were on an expanse of beach that felt very relaxed and was backed by forest / jungle. Staff were amazing, food and facilities ideal. The location is great as its next to a natural jungle area so we didn't feel like we were in the middle of a massive town, but a 10 minute stroll and we were in the main street with all the bars and restaurants. Its a long walk to the ferry to cozumal, but doesn't cost much in a cab......and there's no rush when on holidays! Would happily return!!

We had a small issue with a theft/missing belongings which we had stupidly left unattended for quite a while, however, this was eventually resolved and item recovered. Had it been put in lost property immediately the problem would have been solved without any issue.

Nothing bad to say about the location, the quality of food & beverages, and hotel staff in general were excellent! The only negative is the hard push on the “90 minute presentation” for 2 “complimentary” massages. We had a minor incident with one of our teenagers cutting their foot on a broken pool tile but nothing major and the staff were apologetic. Since we had already been given a complimentary room upgrade to a beach view upon arrival we were overall pleased with the attentiveness of the staff

The room and the hotel was very clean. The pool is great. Lots of activities for guests in the resort and a wide variety of day trips. The Buffet is great with a wide variety of food served 3 times a day. Plenty of bars around and a snack bar.

We went to the Italian restaurant one evening and it was a complete waste of time. The service was very slow and it wasn't busy, it was 30 minutes before we even got a drink and our order was taken. The salad bar was mostly empty and the server was rude when we asked if it was going to be replenished. And we had to ask several times for another drink. The pillows were not comfortable and we had issues with the TV.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful beach front location, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and attended to daily. We stayed here for Christmas and New Year and the hotel really go the extra mile to make the festive period special. The staff at the resort are a credit to the hotel, each and every one wears a smile every day and nothing is too much to ask. From the fantastic bar staff, Geraldo, George, Ramon and the best cocktail and purple rain maker Wilbert, to the entertainment team, Laura, Dan and Boris are always cheery and keep the guests smiling. Not to forget the gate staff and security, Jonathon keeps the guests safe and secure on a nightly basis.

Staff great. Facilities in room great ie plug points, usb's, iron, hairdryer you dont have to keep your thumb on to work👍👍👍👍 Generally liked the hotel. Had bad weather for my stay but pool looked good too. And seemed like they tried their best with entertainment despite the weather.

Food labelling in buffet poor and dangerous when you have allergies or even just dislikes. Fish dishes sould be separated and NOT on same dish as chicken which did happen while I was there Waiting to be seated by ONE person for every meal. Its a buffet!!! Lets just go eat!!! Been to mant all incs but never had this. Yeh, give your room number but thats sufficient. Cocktails all tasted like juice with ice. Lighting in room, no bedside lamps, so all bright bright lights😔

I liked the food, the location and the facility, also the staff was really nice!

Asked this man at the reception desk (at night) for a crib didn’t receive one even though I requested it when I made the reservation 3 months in advance, and I was told that there were many families at the resort and I could not get it. That’s insane to me since I have a 2 year old and I had to put him in a very high regular bed which was also dangerous because he could fall off at night. Also I didn’t like that the person at the reception desk at night (the same man) was very rude and didn’t tell us we had to book to go to Reef Playacar so when the shuttle arrived we could not go. This man was very rude overall and I didn’t like that (he was always at the desk at nighttime). Also I didn’t like that even tho we paid for premium bracelets we could not get coffee from the bar in the lobby.
