- Limited breakfast offer - not enough variety; - Despite I had check-out confirmed for 12:00 midday, a cleaning lady came 40 minutes earlier, woke me up checking if I left already, and then asking what time do I leave! ;(( ¡¡¡REGRETTABLE!!! Probably would be good idea to have some kind of communications with reception for that purpose, or making this visit and disturbing your guest ONLY AFTER check-out time, and ONLY IF GUEST HAS NOT LEFT ON TIME. This bothered me a lot.

It was clean and nice, the location is very comfy, 20 mins from the city center by walk. It is very nice that the property has the restaurant downstairs In case you are craving for some snack :)

The property is overpriced when it comes to its location and breakfast. We paid 230 euros for two night for two people. The price seemed fine, but then we’ve noticed that the railway that is very close to the hotel, goes right in front of our window which led us to a very poor night rest especially when it came to falling asleep and being woken up by very loud noises in the early morning. Breakfast: first day it was okay the choice was not very big, but it was enough. Second day we were a bit disappointed to see that the food is absolutely the same as yesterday and pancakes seemed like leftovers. Overall the location is fine, the residence itself is nice, but its price does not match the quality properly.

The location was ideal for us. We liked being close to the Skaryszewski Park - we walked there several times and fed the red squirrels. The hotel and the room were spotlessly clean, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent.

The hotel is close to the rail tracks so you can hear the trains all the time. We did not mind this at all but someone might. Also, we would not stay here in the summer due to its proximity to the National Stadium as various concerts are organized there in the summer months.

The room is equipped with everything needed: small fridge, hair dryer, AC, security box. It was clean as well. Even though our room was located straight behind the elevator, we could not hear it The location is great - close by to the historical part of Warsaw which can be conveniently reached by public transport. There are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby Breakfast was quite nice too, though, one might be looking for more variety during more lengthy stays We were also kindly allowed to store our luggage and some personal belongings that needed a fridge before our check in time

It was not a concern for us, but the street that our window was facing was rather noisy, however, closing the window solved this for us Second concern for those could travel for work: WiFi reception was rather poor in our room, we did not manage to connect and use it. To be fair, we never reported it, hence staff might not be aware of a potential issue with the router/extender.

It was better than we expected! We are delighted with the friendly service at the reception, the cleanliness of the room and everywhere in this hotel is really excellent and we are very grateful to Krystyna who paid attention to every detail in our room. The location is very good, the decoration is amazing with great taste! We will spend a wonderful three days in this city and we will definitely visit again this hotel in the future!!! The room was nice clean and cozy, staff was polite all of them spoke english. Nice underground parking.

We happened to stay in one of the rooms that is facing the street and it was quite noisy, it’s not too bad with the windows closed but almost unbearable if you’d like to let some fresh air in, at night if you are a light sleeper you are gonna hear the trains going through and all the noise from the bus stop which is almost directly under the balcony even with the windows closed, maybe the hotel could do a better job about informing their guests about this.

Lovely and very friendly staff. The room had the most amazing view! Even though the hotel is situated next to a busy street there was very little noise coming through to our room. We were only staying for one night so didn't get a chance to fully experience the hotel but we noticed a very relaxing outside sitting area. Our room came with a fully functional mini kitchen and everything else one could need! I would love to stay at Tulip Residences again!

I was impressed by the view from my window. Every single thing was just great: lift, quiet super spacious room, shower, comfy bed, comfortable armchair and lamp for reading a book, little sofa, table to work, coffee table, coffee machine and tea maker, big windows, cosy restaurant and very tasty meal! Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. And in addition, tram to reach city center or railway station. Just few stops away. Great!

There was no sleepers :-( In winter time it would be definitely better to have them...

Very nice studio apartment with nice kitchen area. Very clean. I see in another review that someone complained about the cleaning but I found it was spotless and it was cleaned everyday. Tram, bus and metro very close and plenty of shops near. I will be staying here again on my next trip.

Maybe a few smiles from the staff. But said that they were nice and professional. There is some noise from the road but the windows are good and with them shut you don't hear anything.
