Big rooms , very clean hotel . Anastasia at the reception was extremely friendly and kind.

The spa . I have received message from booking that spa is available from 6-8pm . We could have used it for 1 hour only. Jacuzzi wasn’t working and the lady in the gym , wasn’t friendly . The spa was dark and dirty. We were disappointed that reception was telling us they have nothing to do with the spa as they are run by different company , though the hotel is advertising it under its facilities. We chose this hotel , to be able to relax , as we really needed a stress free weekend . But unfortunately we were very disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

Lovely friendly approachable staff all round. Manager was very attentive and Shyama in the breakfast lounge was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was reasonable but not the best to be honest no mushrooms and the sausages were not good quality. The children were given drawings and puzzles to do whilst they were waiting for their evening meals. The children's menu was good and the pizza was delicious. The inclusive adult menu was not great a lot of chicken breast meals in some form or another but it can work for a few days. Seating areas a lovely and comfortable, leading out to the bar area and then the large lobby area with ample seating and snack shop. The room was lovely and big with complementary water popcorn and chocolates. The beds were super comfy. The gym was very well equipped (one of the best) and the sauna, steam and swimming pool were great and accessible with lounge areas to chill. Lots of car parking all around the hotel. If you walk to the right of the hotel and go along a path you come to a beautiful river space with eating places, a variety of bird species and lovely wildlife.

I did not read the email informing me that thee was a 10.50 car parking rate per day which came as a bit of a shock as I had paid an expensive booking rate by using Booking.com instead of Trivago to be honest. The parking was not advertised as free so I should have guessed.

Staff very welcoming. In the breakfast room the waitresses were so polite and helpful with a kids breakfast too. Also the swimming pool staff was helpful.

Our room was lacking complimentary slippers bathrobe. Had neck pain because the pillows was way to soft ended up sleeping on my arm. Either than got what we paid for. There was a group people coming into the hotel stealing in the shop and staff was too busy on the computer that they didn’t notice. My kids wanted a drink and it was a bit pricey, but you’ve got other people coming in taking everything off the shelf.

Was very well presented and clean. The gym, swimming pool and sauna facilities were spot on also. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was very up to date and spacious, and our sleep was perfect due to comfortable bed.

That they had no working air con as room was very hot. But they did provide fans. Also that they don’t have a non pork option ie chicken, beef or turkey options for breakfast for people who don’t eat pork for dietary or religious reasons, so options was very limited. Also my check in was delayed after the time specified but they did give me complimentary free parking to rectify this.

The hotel was lovely staff was brilliant the wait at the bar was long due to being understaffed at the Batman in the day was rushing around not he’s fault at all

I booked via booking.com and specifically booked this hotel in dartford to use the swimming pool and spa facilities only to arrive an be told it wasn’t In use annoyingly stayed at the hotel across the road witch was a load cheaper an just as clean an nice but paid the extra for the facilities an again wasn’t available witch wasn’t advised by booking.com and ever further received a message from booking.com to confirm pool an spa opening times

The bed was comfortable, room was spotless and the location was perfect. More importantly, we had the pleasure of being served by Ellie during our visit. From the moment we sat down, Ellie was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. She anticipated every need with a warm demeanour. Our neighbour next door had their TV on so loud it kept their baby up screaming from 2030 to 0230. No fault of the hotel, just guests that don't understand the effect they have on others. Again, no fault of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, providing a very comfortable stay. The pool is large and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The spa is also nice, offering a good range of services. What made the experience even better was the help we received at the reception from Cristina. She is such a kind, warm-hearted, and professional person. She spoke to us with such courtesy and was more than willing to assist with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return.

Briiliant breakfast and coffee. So much choice. Great spa, small but well equpped and not too busy. A lovely spacious room. Comfortable, warm bed and enough pillows. No booking required which was convenient. Lovely massage (booking required). Clean facilities. Helpful, happy and friendly staff. The area was surrounded by major roads but well hidden by clever bushes, double glazing and curtains. Dinner was well presented and tasty. Good portion sizes. Close to Bluewater and easy transport links.

Our room was not cleaned or items replaced at all while we were there. I had to ask for toilet paper! The dinner menu was not varied enough more choice please! No dessert options. Very expensive snack shop.

Staff are generally polite. Ambience is great. And the indoor pool was nice and warm. Also we took a walk around the park. It is lovely and quiet,a lake and ducks just in the midfle of the busy city

Initially we were given a room with no view but after complaining it was changed. It also looks like there are no baths, just walk in showers. First time experiencing a hotel room with no bath tub. Also they don't hv great selection of children channels., don't know if TV reception in Dartford is poor but we had just 2 kids channels working.
