Our stay at Holiday Inn Express – IHG was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with every corner maintained to the highest standard. It’s clear that great care is taken to provide guests with a fresh and welcoming environment. What made the experience truly special was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful housekeeping team, everyone made us feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to underground and bus stops, making it very easy to get around London. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, offering a variety of choices. Another big plus is the convenient on-site car park, which made everything even more hassle-free. The location was excellent, we were taking our daughter to a concert at the O2 arena, this hotel was only 1 tube stop away, perfectly located.

There was a smell in the room wet dog? Or smelly feet? As we were only staying one night we just coped with the smell, opening the windows and spraying perfume and body spray to mask it. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, was ok for a child but wouldn’t recommend using it for an adult. The breakfast was great, very busy when we went down at 9am, there were not many places to sit. The coffee was awful! Not to my taste at all, however, the orange juice was delicious.

We had a family room,very small room for 4 persons ,was warm inside ,but when the sofa bed was opened it was no more space to move in the room,we had to keep the sofa folded all day to be able to move around the room .The remote control won't work ,the handle from the bathroom door was broken ,we have stayed 2 nights ,they said they'll send someone to fix it ,no one came ,we had to be careful closing it to not lock ourselves in the bathroom .my son forgot the Man city water bottle in the room when we did the check out ,came back in the evening for it ,no one couldn't find it anymore ,it vanished .Although we were sure it dropped down behind the couch .Breakfast was perfect , more than enough and a good variety .

This was my second visit to this excellent, no frills hotel out near Canning Town. I arrived early on Friday lunchtime and, after a short wait near the reception, a friendly young lady kindly informed me that my room was ready. Super! It was a simple room on the first floor, near the elevator but that wasn't a problem as I didn't really hear anything from inside the room. The room had all I needed for a couple of nights - a comfortable double bed, small table, chair, enough plugs and sockets for all my various electronic equipment devices, compact bathroom with walk-in shower etc. There is free WiFi which worked most of the time. There was a flat screen TV but I didn't use that much. I particularly liked the free buffet breakfast with a huge choice including all you really need for a full English. Yes, it was quite crowded but I still found a table on my own on the two mornings I was there. The location is ideal. Not far from the Canning Town bus, tube and DLR station and an express style of supermarket just across the road. All excellent!

I missed having a small fridge, but at least there were some basic tea/coffee facilities with a kettle.

Holiday Inn Express is exceptionally good. Its located near to the caning town station which is very convenient. This made me to travel to the main spots very easily. Moreover, we have the complimentary breakfast too which was very good. Getting food from UBER EATS also easy as its easily accessing place Also, I would like to convey my thankfulness to the loving staff. .They are very pleasant and so helpful. Certainly, I will recommend this hotel to my family & friends. Keep doing the great work team!!!Appreciate it.

We stayed at this hotel as it was good value for money as my partner and daughter were going to a concert at Wembley stadium. The hotel was easy to find and parked at the hotel which cost £15 for 24 hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but very busy so get down early. The hotel was clean and tidy. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the cable cars over the Thames to the O2 which cost £6pp one way. We went to the O2 for food and shopping. My partner and daughter then went to see Bruce Springsteen and I caught the tube back for one stop back to the hotel. Once at the station the hotel is a 5/7 minute walk.

We went to an event at the O2 - the location was perfect. 1 stop on the underground. Easy to get to. From Euston station get the underground to London Bridge and change to canning Town. Very easy to get to. Plenty of shops around the hotel. 2pm check in was perfect timing. We had time to relax before our event. Staff were lovely and we was able to get glasses for our drinks for the room from the bar. Reception and bar is open 24/7 which is great ! Room was a very good size. We had a double bed and a sofa bed in the room. Room had a desk, 2 bedside tables, a large wardrobe unit with tea and coffee making facilities. Large mirror with a plug socket which i really appreciate to get ready. Hairdryer was avaliable. Room also had an iron and ironing board. Bed was VERY comfy ! Room was very quiet at night couldn't hear any sounds from any other guests or staff in the morning. Room was very clean. Towels were also included in the room. Bathroom was immaculate! Complimentary shower gel and shampoo is provided. Had a nice blue light aswell as the main light. This was lovely for early morning as it wasn't so harsh going to the bathroom - very nice touch ! We had breakfast included. One of the best selection of breakfasts I've ever seen. Full English (bacon, sausage, hash browns, eggs, beans) plus cereals, pastries, bread & Barms. Vegan sausages were also available. Jucies, water and hot drinks were also available. Breakfast was still very hot and fresh and we went for breakfast at 9.15 (finishes at 10am on weekends) Check out was 11am which was lovely. Had time to relax in the morning before and after breakfast and wasn't rushed out. Was nice to have time to pack our things properly before leaving. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

excellent location - close to O2 where I was attending a concert. 5 minutes walk from tube station, and one stop away from Greenwich North/ O2. There are a few supermarkets nearby for any provision you might have forgotten. room is reasonably spacious. 2 single beds pushed together. comfy pillows. I like the shower cubicle. there's tea/ coffee making facilities. Free WiFi, there's an iron and ironing board in my room and hairdryer. having breakfast included in price saved me from having to make other arrangement. breakfast provided is full English with bread for toast , croissants, mini muffins, yoghurt , fruit compote and some fruit, a basic version, but serves the purpose. the food cooled down quite quickly - I'm not sure what can be done to prevent that, but I have been to hotels where their food seems to stay warm for longer. Staff are approachable and helpful.

The entire experience! The staff were friendly and all looked really happy working at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them - from Reception through to room service and restaurant staff. The room was spacious and highly functional - including a desk for working and plenty of sockets. It was also scrupulously cleaned. The bathroom was likewise scrupulously clean and ample towelling was provided. The breakfast proved as other reviewers had promised: sumptuous. The food is well cooked and staff were on hand to assist if required. The range of food was second to none and all was as promised - hot. There was a cold breakfast option also. Location is perfect for my requirements and a short distance from both Canning Town Station, Metro and Bus Station. The area is well lit at night and one felt safe when going out at night - even for a stroll. I liked the abundance of apples in the Reception Area and the invitation to marshmallows and chocolate!
