It was long queue during registration but the wait wasn’t long. Fruit juice was even offered for waiting guests. Room was nice, clean and with a side bed. Bed was comfy and coffee,tea all available in the room. Great location as it’s just a walk away to Marina Square. Able to see fireworks during NDP at swimming pool floor.

Upon reaching hotel, the Bellman was kind to offer to bring our luggage up to our room as we had our hands full with baby n stuff. However, the luggage was not sent to our room after hours. We had to make 2-3 calls to front desk n Concierge but no one knew where our luggage was. In the end, I went down to find the Bellman and brought up my luggage to my room instead. We have requested for baby cot but it was not sent to the room. We had to make 1-2 calls to front desk to request for it.

Excellent location - the views over the Marina are all special, but we asked for a room with a view of the light show in the Gardens in the Bay and the Marina (It was a special holiday) and were given a lovely ‘sea-side’ room - so every evening we had a great view of both the Gardens light show and the water display on the water. Shopping Malls all round (very easy to get lost) and behind hotel is a the Esplanade, alongside the Marina, with restaurants and delicious ice-cream from the stall near the bridge! There are free concerts in the Marina outdoor theatre and a small Hawker Food Market open there every night. Plus the Mall restaurants.. No need to go far.

No handy sheet to tell you how to find the all the Hotel info. It’s on TV, but were there 16 nights and we didn’t find it until almost leaving. Needed aircon most of the time, but it wasn’t easy to control at night when room was a bit cooler.

I recently stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a lively atmosphere and can get quite busy, but the service remains efficient. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Marina Bay, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options. What I loved most was the hotel’s stunning greenery and nature-inspired design, creating a serene urban oasis. Overall, a great stay in a prime location! Would recommend.

The location was fantastic! We had a bay view room overlooking Marina Bay Sands, on the 13th floor! The room was very spacious and modern with floor to ceiling windows. The atrium of the hotel was amazing with flowers and plants trailing the inner courtyard area. The pool area was also lovely, with lots of beds, and water was warm and great to swim in.

The shower was smaller than expected because they included a bidet in the same area which wasn’t really necessary. The reason for this is that they had a bidet as part of the toilet, there was also a bath. Still it was modern and exceptionally clean!

Great location. A 10 minute walk to Raffles Hotel and Raffles City Mall (m and s food hall). Lovely open swimming pool with plenty of shady beds. Lovely room service staff who did a great job.

I have given the hotel a top rating even though I HATED the caged birds in the central atrium. I filmed the small ones and could see that they cannot spread their wings and fly - only give a little flutter. Would make any animal lover feel sad. You could have the pretty little cages, some fake birds and piped bird song and no one would notice. Please stop this practice Park Royal.

Comfort of the rooms, cleanliness, location, helpful staff

On our first night we were given a room that had an adjoining door to another room (a family suite?). Unfortunately, the door between the two rooms lets in a lot of noise and the people staying in the room next to us (who we did not know) were so loud (arguing, shouting, loud music and movies) that we had no chance of getting to sleep. Around midnight we gave up and asked if we could move rooms. We are very grateful that the staff were so helpful and organised this for us straight away. While our new room was not as large and did not have the same facilities - it was clean, exceptionally comfortable and very quiet and we really enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The hotel with its unique design really has its own charm and vibe. The reception on the 4th floor across the bridge with "nests" - is WOW! Checkin and check-out was quite fast (staff is very friendly). The room is great and the beds are very very very comfortable. The hotel is so close to Gardens by the Bay - just 20 min walk. Thanks to the hotel and staff for the hospitality.

The price per night is overpriced. There is no soundproofing in the rooms (we were unlucky with our neighbors - their children were loud and watching cartoons from 6 am as if they were in our room).

Our rooms were spacious, and we had a pretty cool view of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. The beds are taller than normal and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Near the Marina Bay area, and a mall is just across the hotel for last-minute shopping, or finding a place to eat. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. We were impressed with the variety and quality of offerings. It was a pleasant surprised to be offered a private room for our group.
