This was an ideal place to stay for after our cruise trip and near to the airport. The staff were very helpful, checked us in at an earlier time and allowed us a late checkout too.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pull out bed for the children had a lot of metal sharp edges that they both caught their legs on when getting out of bed, so this may be worth reviewing.

My wife and I and our 2 kids stayed a week at this hotel in one of the apartments near the garden, and had a 5-star experience; from the friendly and super-helpful staff (especially Pedro and Bou), the gorgeous quadruple apartment with double doors and balcony views down to the bustling alleyways and streets below, to the amazing breakfast buffet. And what about the location. So close to Las Ramblas, beaches, metro, shopping, dining. No problem to leave our luggage either when we had some time to burn after check-out and before our flights, and soak up the last few hours in a truly amazing city.

Very central location so it was easy to walk everywhere and very near a metro station. Really friendly, helpful and efficient staff, especially Alessia, Lily, Pedro and Bou. They were more than happy to help us with any request we had or suggestions for places to visit. We loved the garden and courtyard which was a lovely quiet spot to have a drink or bite to eat. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport which was very well organised. Alessia is an excellent host who managed all aspects of our stay perfectly and showed genuine interest in us, making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The location was excellent, right in La Rambla but on a populated street. We had an interior room and it was very quiet and comfortable with great natural light. And the shower was amazing! Our favorite part of the hotel was the garden terrace. We spent every evening there to wind down. The staff also was outstanding! Especially Chrishell (sp?). She made us feel like we were VIP guests every time we saw her. We also appreciated that front staff would order a taxi for us. Coming from the airport and being weary of scams, this made us feel more at ease with our transfer to the hotel. It was also a nice perk getting around to La Sagrada Familia and to the train station.

While we didn’t hear the outside noise we did hear someone above us at times or to the room near by. But it wasn’t loud enough to say anything to the front desk.

The hotel is really good, we loved the garden for the morning coffe, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff for breakfast was helpful and really effective with their work. Above all the location is perfect. We would like to say thanks to the receptionist who helped us buy the tickets for the Camp Nou visit. He was so helpful and kind. We will recommend the hotel to all my friends and family.

The only thing that could have been batter is the bunk bad for the kids. When we came, I asked the room to be changed so we could have regular bads for the kids. Instead we got the fance, but still I remained a liitle bit worried knowing the retless sleeping style of my children. Still, from the conversation wihj the receptionist, I understood the change was not an option so it could stay only the way the it is, although the bunk bad is not suitable for all the children equally. This is the only small remark, but it worked out at the only tottaly ok, so the fear is of kids falling down is broken. Maybe it turned out to be good thing at the and :-)

I stayed at this hotel and was surprised. At first glance, I felt that booked incorrect property, but when I stepped into the hotel, I realized that the hotel was big and nice inside. The location is perfect, just right at the metro station. In the 500m distance, you reach seaside. Very comfortable rooms, clean. Breakfasts are very good. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Great personnel. I liked my stay. Highly recommended for short and long stays. I know what to book during my next visit to Barcelona. 5*****. The location is by far the greatest advantage of this hotel – it’s right in the heart of everything. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Marisa, who was exceptionally kind and attentive.

I was disappointed that we didn’t get the room we had originally booked – a very poor start. After complaining, the room was changed after the first night, but this unpleasant situation could have been avoided. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself and the staff are actually very good.

Location just within La Ramble. Restaurants are just in front of the hotel. Train station is just around the corner. Smooth check-in for they have advance online check-in system. Everything is just stone throw away.

We got an apartment for four, this needs improvement on the kitchen facilities and bathroom. Refurbishing it would be great for future guests. Replacing the chiller to a mini refrigerator would be a bonus. Including free water daily would be helpful since water from the faucet is not potable.

Absolutely perfect location. Within reasonable walking distance from major attractions. The rooms were a nice size (I could say fairly big for Europe) and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was really good and at a very reasonable price. The stuff was very helpful.

Some of the rooms are facing an alley that homeless people use, so it was noisy the first two nights. But then we asked them to be quiet (from our balcony) and that solved the problem

The staff were very professional and friendly. Lily who took our orders for dinner and served the meal , Carmen who assisted with the breakfast buffet and Bao who helped us with luggage and directions were exceptional people who made our stay great. They deserve extra praise from management . Location of hotel was great to see many of the tourist attractions in that area of Barcelona.

The room was hot and the air conditioner was not very effective in cooling the temperature of the room. I did not like the fact that guests had to buy water from the hotel as the tap water was not suitable to use.
