See below for my response to breakfast question, We loved our dinner in the bar area where we could concurrently glimpse from our table the evening tennis match on the big screen TV. We absolutely loved your pools and hot tub. Good temperatures! We preferred the warmer hot tub. All good.

It would have been great to have a simple breakfast option of a take-away scone or muffin to enjoy with our coffee in your beautiful patio area, rather than a sit-down breakfast with waited service. We w Aere there for the tennis tournament, and needed to keep moving in the morning before leaving for the day.

We tried to have breakfast, but they were very backed up. There was also very slow service at the bar. I think they were understaffed, especially considering it was Stagecoach weekend.

They should have had more staff for breakfast/lunch in the Grapefruit Basil restaurant and bar. Other than that, the bartender at night was very good and the property was wonderful.

Location worked great for us, very close to many golf courses. We loved the outdoor areas with the fire pits and the fresh orange juice every morning. Overall a very nice and relaxed atmosphere.

The size of the bedroom was good but some of the furniture needs updating. Also, the area around the hot tub needs updating.

Beautiful grounds and comfortable, clean rooms. The pool was great. Staff all super friendly and helpful. We visited on memorial weekend so the hotel was very busy. More restaurant staff would have been helpful as service was slow and a bit compromised as a result. Other than that it was great

Beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was good. Bar by the pool was great and fun staff. Bar in restaurant was great and fun staff.

Dinner sitting out side under the tree, the mosquitos came out, got a few bug bites. The service was slow, a gentlemen couldn’t take are order right, and the food was ok clams and ribeye wasn’t good.

Lots of available parking. Clean rooms. Very green and landscaping was very nice. Bed was phenomenal I was sleeping in because how comfy it was. I would definitely stay here again. Bartenders were very nice

The rooms were so large. Very clean and great location to where we needed to go during our stay. The onsite restaurant was amazing. The staff was very nice. Loved the pool! We will be staying here again.

The pool was very nice, we really enjoyed the fire pits in the evening. We loved the yoga class and the other activities.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the property.

We didn’t love the food as much as we wanted to for the price. The restaurant was very expensive but hopefully it will get better as they are still a very new hotel.

The property was lovely. There are meandering paths with sculpture art installations amongst all the buildings. While I didn’t get a chance to explore the entire property- what I saw was nice. The location was perfect if you attend Indian Wells Tennis. The drive to the parking is a quick 5 minutes down the road. The shuttle is also super quick and easy to use- drops you off right in front of the venue. The rooms are quite large and spacious for a family of 4, which is always nice. Parking and room access was easy- though if you had a more centrally located room- it could be more of a struggle getting luggage to your room.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like. my only suggestion would be for the bellmen to be more helpful. Not realizing the layout of the property, I informed him we would need help with our luggage. I was shrugged off and told to check in first. A more polite - professional response that reflected the quality of hotel we were paying for would have been appreciated. As mentioned before- if you were situated in a more centrally located room , not on the ground level- it could be a hike to get your luggage from car to your room- and you would need help. I wouldn’t let a rude bellman influence my decision to stay here- he just needs better training.
