Beautiful little boutique resort. Excellent location. Attentive staff. Beautiful grounds. Pool was so peaceful. Hot chocolate/coffee bar and candy bar were a surprise and nice added touch.

wifi in my room was very spotty at all points of the day and night. I do not drink much alcohol so I found it annoying that I had two complimentary glasses of champagne but had to pay $2.50 for a bottle of water in my room. I suggest the reverse would benefit more people.

We loved this place! The pool was the perfect temperature for us even on a hot day. They offer complimentary champagne flutes which you can enjoy by the pool. Such a great welcome on a hot day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a lounge area with fruit, biscotti, coffee/tea and candy bar that you can access at any time! The pool is open 24 hour which is nice. Also, adults only in this hotel! Great getaway spot! We will definitely be back.

Atmosphere not like a standart hotel, rather feeling like a guest of someone who is local here. Hospitality of the personel.

Unlucky we stayed the day before closing the hotel for cleaning. That resulted that we have just lunch boxes instead of expected breakfast. I don’t like the toilet paper and my towels to be like origami and don’t like lots of useless decorations like additional decorative pillows as there’s not so much place to put it all out when sleeping.

Great location, go out the side door and your on the downtown strip. Must have room key to enter, safe. Quiet hotel, adults only, bar by the pool, clean lounge chairs and ice water. Nice and quiet with some chillin music outside, keeps guests away from creating their own. Beautiful space inside and out. Have been here several times and each room works. Free parking on-site and cozy.

No restaurant attached but so close to downtown strip too. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but still clean. Breakfast is a bag full of food and You have to know to ask for it. We were waiting for the breakfast to be set up, guy didn't say anything, and it never happened so we left, next day girl offered a bag so we got a breakfast! Don't forget to grab your coffee and ask for the breakfast bag.

It should not be called a breakfast. It could be considered a continental breakfast at best. Just a bit of shady advertising I would say.

Only 2 lounge chairs in the morning sun. If not the first one at the pool, you had to be in the shade. Wasted area that could be rented wasn’t used. If hotel was full, there would no way be enough room at pool. It could handle about 12 people total (25 rooms at hotel).

For the price the room lacked several amenities. It needs a floor length mirror, a towel hook in the primary bathroom, a desk with plugs and USB ports in the living room for business travelers to use laptops and cell phones

Feedback, rather than a complaint as this is down to personal preference however for us - Bed was soft and was also sagging a little in middle. Would have preferred a firmer bed. Not a fan of the breakfast boxes - perhaps they could consider including bread for toasting rather than bagel?

The property feels cozy and charming, more so than the photos on the website convey. Shower and tub were HUGE. Loved that. The location is perfect for walking up and down the main drag.

Very minor: 1) The coffee was too hot. Had to cool off with ice or wait 15 minutes. 2) Blackout curtains would be nice. Too much light coming in through closed blinds at night. Had to put a t-shirt over my eyes for better sleep.

It's a hotel built in 1935 with 25 rooms. The location is amazing with walking to downtown Palm springs. The room was very nice and the pool and grounds were small but cozy. A very relaxing and chill Palm Springs - if you're looking for something different than this isn't for you.

The pool area is nice - but I can imagine in the summer that there are not enough seats for all the guests at the hotel. Not sure there is a fix for this unfortunately.

Very cute quaint hotel. The staff was extremely personable. Great location. There are cute little details that made the stay very special. An example of when the staff walked us to our room. The breakfast box in the morning was nice. The fire place sitting area was nice.
