Been staying in this hotel with Booking.com as it hasnt given me problem or concern on my stay, accomodations, billing even at one time when I needed and requested to change my room as I wasnt comfortable with disable-accessible bathroom. They are prompt in accomodating my request. Never gad a problem wuth front desk people. Always on top in assisting guests. Last stay was a bonus too as they allowed me to extend up to 2pm check-out as my flight was still at 750 pm. Didnt want to go around and catch the traffic so i preferred to stay. Breakfast is also satisfying. Just not happy with their airport shuttle bow on a limited time. Hopefully, they can revert back to every hour pick-up to and from airport. Shuttle now runs only from 5am-10am. and 5pm-10pm.

The price was unbeatable! Breakfast was great. Dining area very nice. Would be nice if there was trays to take to the room or to go containers because I wasn’t ready to eat yet. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Overall was great, very quiet. Amazing front desk staff, and very easy check in check out!

The only downside was fee for parking while staying there, but it was only like $10 so it balanced with the low price of the room. Found 5 pubic hairs in the bathroom on the tub bottom, the towel draped over the side of the tub. I didn’t complain but did bring to the attention of the front desk and showed the photos because it just seems like housekeeping didn’t really clean the tub For some reason.

Been to the Grosvenor several times since moving out of the area. I was here to connect with family and friends for the holidays. I was looking forward to the breakfasts during Christmas. It was always delightful to have breakfast with Christmas carols. It was the same excitement this time. The food selection was not what I expected. I had had in the past, potatoes, sausage links. There were no potatoes, and sausage patties were salty and dry. I don't remembers the eggs tasting not like fresh eggs. I hope you are not using carton eggs. The staff is always the best, from the front desk to the maintenance man who responded quickly to fix a broken bed, necessitating in us being moved to another room. I was disappointed to notice that the rooms have looked dated as well as the bathroom is not as i remembered. Its a well used hotel, I get it, and the housekeeping dept. do their best to present a clean room. The hotel needs to be updated for sure. I do enjoy the fast coming and going of airport travelers. The lobby, reception and dining areas are really well appointed. Always look forward to the Sees Candies just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

This hotel was great as a stopover for the airport due to a flight delay. There was a hotel shuttle for pick up and drop off although it doesn’t go in the middle of the day so be aware of that. The room was comfortable and I asked for a late check out which they gave me at no extra cost which was wonderful. The room was comfortable and there was a complimentary breakfast included. Overall, it was a comfortable day for an airport stopover.

The cost! It was exorbitantly expensive for a one night stay even at a last-minute rate.The bedding had stains - quite large stains which was concerning.

The hotel offers good service. All the staff, including those at the front desk and breakfast area, are warm and professional. The guest rooms are clean, and the breakfast is nice. The free airport shuttle is very convenient.

The only downside is the constant humming noise from some equipment in the hallway.

Unfortunately, I had to get back to the airport before breakfast was served.

I called for a shuttle pick up and I watched for it but did not see it. It was the last of the night. I’m 75, waiting in the dark and the reception person had no sympathy with my situation. If not for the kind man who was working when I arrived by Uber, I would have sworn off Best Western forever. Three names on the side of the shuttle made it difficult at night to see “Best Western””

Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Room was good, but I didn't get the room I had reserved/requested. They sent me an email for my request of an accessible room; to say they were able to accommodate my request, but that didn't happen either. We will always stay here when we travel out this way again. Hopefully next time we get the room we reserve! By the way, we ate dinner at the restaurant there and it was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you!

Several choices for breakfast presented on a steam table. The ubiquitous waffle machines were also available. It wasn't anything special until you compare it to what you get at other establishments.

Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very small, but adequate. The receptionist asked how I had arrived. When I replied that I drove, not walked, she informed me that I owed another $9 for parking. That was an unwelcome surprise and should have been disclosed upon making the reservation.

The suite was quite spacious and comfortable. All staff members were quite helpful. The hotel serves excellent breakfast.

There aren’t many food joints etc. within walking distance. Also, the public transport services are located at some distance. The ice machine located next to the door of my suite was rather noisy.

They hotel was convenient to the airport, the room was nice the breakfast was okay. Normal hotel free breakfast.

The parking situation. They charge $9 a night to park, however, the parking lot was not large enough to accommodate all the guests cars. Two of the three night I had to park on the street in the area. I was not the only one, there were others that had to do the same.
