Staff was very helpful when it turned out the AC in our room didn't work well enough, luckily discovered before unpacking. Breakfast was very nice, the usual pancakes/fried eggs/sausage/cereals etc. but also had bisquits & gravy which was a nice surprise. Convenient location with several food choices in adjoining strip mall, would stay again.

I stayed 2 nights to visit a cousin in the area. She was only 10 mins. away. I loved that the location is right off of the interstate. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable.

The only cons (not too significant) are the following: Room cleaning solution odor was very strong; Refrigerator was not very cold; Carpet still a little wet from cleaning. Also, when booking the room using booking.com, the hotel noted that it was pet-friendly, but was not aware of the additional cost until checking in.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. My family and I had to make a last minute trip due to the Hurricane Helene aftermath.

I was grateful that breakfast was included, just wish there was more of breakfast selection. my children were happy with it and under the circumstances I couldn't be choosie.

The breakfast is as good, but there were no condiments (packets or bulk). Nice variety..

Check in could be streamlined. The employee working was friendly, polite and efficient but it seemed like he had a lot of steps to get us registered. It was busy and there was a line.

The air conditioner was running weak. I pulled out the filter, and it was clogged. The housekeeper cleaned it for me. On another issue, I tried to call the front desk, and the phone stayed busy. I went downstairs to the front desk, and no one was there. Also, my stay was two days. Our keys stopped working after the first day. The breakfast was good. The room was visibly cleaned.

The location was great for what we needed.

When I booked the room it was raining real bad. As soon as I clicked on confirm the entire city was without power. The evening desk worker went above and beyond to help mama and I get into a room, with No power. Then the power came back on, he escorted us just to make sure the key would work.

I would stay again

Biscuits and gravy for breakfast. 2 chairs (one with wheels) in the double queen room. The bell to ring for staff at the front check in desk is painted with a yellow smiley face. I had to resist ringing it! 4 pillows on each bed was great!

The broken table in the breakfast area (but that is being picky).

I’m not big on breakfast but it was ok. It was my first time in the area and it was nice and quiet. Places to eat were very close to me. The hotel was nice and clean. It wasn’t luxury but it was a good place to stay. The staff was very friendly.

It was easy on and off the highway. We thought it was clean and comfortable, for one night, and excellent complimentary breakfast and ample parking. The price was super reasonable compared to other properties nearby.

The room was very clean, however, a little run down. It could have used some updating.

Glad that were able to get a room here because of it being in such a convenient place near the highway. The bed and pillows were heavenly and after a long drive very much appreciated. It felt so much like heaven !!!

Nothing we didn't really like but I would have to say our room was clean but basic. No hair drier but I didn't really need one.
