Breakfast items very good, and we appreciated both hot & cold breakfast items for selection. Unbeknownst to us, the hotel was booked for a soccer tournament and a college swim team event the weekend we stayed. Therefore, even though it got a little crazy in the hallways etc. with 8-, 10-, & 12-year-olds running around, it did not hamper our stay. I would like to give a "shout out" to Amanda & Emily, who had the task of managing the breakfast items for the weekend and also to Christine, the hotel manager for overseeing that everything was okay for us and everyone and helping out where she was needed. Also, KUDO's to housekeeping, I am sure they earned their pay this past weekend! Would definitely stay at this hotel again due to staff friendliness and willingness to help us if needed and each other!

This was in a great location. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was decent. The indoor courtyard was a neat place to hang out.

We paid for a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed for our family of 6. We were given a room with 2 queens a twin sofa bed and a very small futon couch which was not at all comfortable to sleep on. And the bathroom door did not have a lock.

Convenient to the campus. The bed was very comfortable.

The hallway smelled like smoke. Our room did not so that was a huge relief. The hotel staff was fine but the one attendant at the front desk (did not wait on us) returned to the desk after eating something and brought her dirty dishes and was cleaning her teeth. Just not professional.

Amazing staff.... Kim was fantastic, but everyone I interacted with was great. The bed was so comfortable, I almost didn't want to go home!

My only issue was that there was no tea available at breakfast. But the staff was helpful and provided kureg teas for me to have in my room.

The gym was dirty, needs to be clean. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty. Also the room was not vacuum good, found pills scatter on the floor. The second day breakfast service was poor. There was no fresh coffee and utensils was not filled

Very nice facilities. The front desk staff helped us find a room after the trouble from the hurricane prevented us from arriving when expected. They got us settled in just fine. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Comfortable, clean room with clean air.

The hotel and staff was very welcoming to us and our needs during the time of the disaster from the hurricane. They provided clean rooms and great room service.

We didn’t have a bad experience to have anything to report here.

The beds were very comfortable, room was big since we got bumped up to a suite because another person staying wanted a king bed instead of 2 queens, worked great for us.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and the carpets properly need cleaned.

The breakfast was very good for a motel. They had eggs and a meat available as well as fresh fruit. They were set up for a making your own waffles. They had fresh muffins as well as bagels and on one day, they had fresh made biscuits. The room was clean and the motel was updated and pleasant. The room had an air conditioner that we could set the temperature and fan speed. However, the fan blew right down on us and we did not have any way to deflect it.

There was zero house cleaning services. We were there for 3 days and the room was never cleaned. By the 3rd day our trash was falling out all over the floor. On the last day, the housekeeper barged into the room without knocking at 7:30 am while we were still in bed. We had forgotten to lock the deadbolt, but she should have knocked, especially since no one had cleaned the room the prior two days.

The area and the staff was friendly and very helpful first day started rocky but the manger and staff changed that around they went out the way to make sure I had a great stay ..Josh helped me my first day so thank you he went out his way to make sure we was comfortable
