Our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and wifi was good. The breakfast was awesome! There was way more to choose from compared to many places we've been on our trip. Waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits plus all the regular goodies. The man that was running the breakfast was making sure everything was stocked, filled and fresh. The location was perfect for us. Its a nice walk to Manitou Springs to check out the brewery, shops and Penny Arcade. Plus it's a short drive to Garden of the Gods.

It seemed that they were understaffed but they did the best that they could. I really appreciate all that they did to make our stay a good one.

The location was perfect to see Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak among other things. It was easy to get to and also near the downtown and other amenities. The road it’s on is busy and other than some traffic noise which could be drowned out by the fan it was great.

The bathroom was a little odd where the toilet and shower were in their own room which is nice other than it’s so small you had to squeeze in to close the door. You didn’t need to close the door though because the rest of the large bathroom also had a door.

Conveniently located for access to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods.

A little dated, could use some basic maintenance. Furnishings worn, shower basin stained, debris in communal areas.

The general manager was amazing helpful. We got in at 2am and there was an issue with the booking but he made sure that we had a room and fixed the problem. Days after the manager checked back with us to make sure we still doing ok and didn't need anything. Housekeeping was attentive to our needs.

Clean..courteous staff..comfortable bed and unlike other hotels, the room was very specious strong Wi-Fi and great TV channels. The view was really nice and at night the lights were pretty walking distance to a convenient store and a liquor store wasn’t far either.

The dinning area had a strange smell but were able to take the plates upstairs.

Good location a park with fountain creek just across the street. Friendly staff.

There was not any grass for my dog to do his business. There was a designated spot but it was just gravel. The refrigerator didn't have a thermostat and all our food and drinks froze so we had to use our cooler.

The room was clean and location was great. I was pleasantly surprised because the outside looks outdated. The room looked like it had been updated recently with floor. We just needed a clean place to sleep so that worked! And it had more space in the room than I thought it would

The room had unfinished things. Like damage to the bathroom wall.

The room was clean and neat as a pin. We’d been evacuated due to a fire and they had extra toiletries for us which was so kind. They were also empathetic to our situation. Nice little breakfast, too. Across from Great Chinese restaurant and vegan depending restaurant just down to the right as you exit.

Property was great value for money. Room was very clean, large and looked relatively recently updated. It even had a kitchenette that we didn’t need but would have been great if we were staying longer. Would stay again. Breakfast was included too which was an added perk!

Breakfast was ok . Problem the breaker keep tripping on waffle and toaster. No bacon or sausage all week. Room was quite big and very nice.
