The hotel is stunning inside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . The guest drink tickets at night to have a drink on them was warm and friendly. I wish a few hotels could learn from them . Had a couple issues when at the hotel the bath tap just started to drip late at night. Reported it and was unable to rectify. Due to leave the next couple of days I decided to put up with it. We were out of our room straight after breakfast away for the day. On returning to the hotel late afternoon..4,pm the room was not cleaned . Had to raise it with reception. Simple things like this can be annoying.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of five while traveling for medical reasons for my autistic son, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was fantastic—the bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location was perfect, right next to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service—the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and understanding of our needs. They went above and beyond to assist with early check-in and late check-out, making our trip much less stressful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

One major downside was the noise level. Being so close to both the airport and train tracks, the sound of planes and trains was extremely loud, often waking me up or keeping me from getting a good night’s sleep. At times, it felt like they were just seconds away from crashing, which was quite unsettling. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to consider. Despite the noise, the hotel itself was great, and the service made up for it. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re planning to stay here!

Beautiful hotel and breakfast was great

Arrived at 4pm and had to wait an hour for rooms. I booked 2 rooms and had confirmation to show it to desk attendant and she still argued that I didn't have 2 rooms for about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the staff member was less than satisfactory. At approximately 5:30 AM on January 21st, I spoke with a staff member who was notably unhelpful and rude during the checkout process. When I asked for her name, she stated it was Elsa, but my receipt later showed the name Yamelin. I strongly encourage Hilton to revisit staff training to ensure that every guest receives courteous and professional customer service. This experience fell below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for improvement.

It's a nice and comfortable hotel that is very conveniently located close to the airport and a major cruise ship port. Making it good choice for cruisers or long layovers.

This is not the hotel's fault but something travellers can keep in mind. The hotel has 9 guest floors with 5 elevators. As it's a popular hub for cruises and layovers, many guests checkout out around the same time. This make the wait for an elevator with space for your luggages long. Longer if traveling as a family with small kids. Travellers should factor in a minimum of 30 minutes to get to the lobby and check-out.

Front Desk Managers and one particular employee at the front desk, Christopher. He truly went above and beyond to help make our stay and our visit in Miami extra special! The manager in the evening, I wish I could remember his name, I think Frank. Spanish gentleman, helped me with so many things in particular detergent for laundry & coffee in lobby. Thank you, you made sure my daughters and I were comfortable. the only issue with the facility is the air conditioning in our bedroom wasn't working well but the sitting room had a ceiling fan and that helped.

I have traveled a lot in my lifetime and I have to say I didn't like the way other guests treated the staff. I have never seen such a busy hotel accommodating all the cruisers and the staff is so efficient, respectful and helpful. The ladies working in the breakfast area were spoken to with such disrespect from another guest. I just want to let you all know my family appreciated you and all you did to make our stay wonderful! 1. The location from the airport to the hotel is close and they over a free shuttle 2. The check in is smooth and one of the rooms was ready and the second room was ready shortly after. 3. The room was spacious for our family of 4 4. The restaurant onsite was a plus after travelling 5. The pool was clean and not crowded 6. The price was affordable for a family of 4 for one night 7. They offer a paid shuttle to the cruise terminal 8. The complimentary breakfast was amazing 9. They have a happy hour cocktail at 5, and they give you 2 drinks on them

I won't say what could be better, I'll just say what we liked least 1. The food at the hotel was a little pricey for lunch but the hostess is pleasant and accommodating for a seating of 7. 2. The price of the shuttle to the port is pricey $12.00 a person, it's better to uber for your group. But if your solo $12.00 is not bad 3. The balcony is so small, I'm not sure why they even call it a balcony 4. You do hear the planes fly over the hotel constantly, however it's not much of annoyance

I really liked the general layout of the hotel, it was unique. The staff were friendly, the room was a great size and the facilities seemed to be on point even though I didn't experience much else except the room as it was short stopover for me. The complimentary evening reception was a nice touch.

There were a few dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I know these are common in Florida but I can't help but think the room could have been just a bit cleaner than it was. Breakfast could do with starting a bit earlier for an airport hotel to accommodate those with early flights.

Great location. Clean room and comfortable beds.

Housekeeping. Don't count on it. We found ourselves chasing them down the entire time for towels, toilet paper, etc. They didn't clean the room once in the 4 days we were there. Oh but on checkout day....they came 4 times as we were packing up. So if you stay here just keep that in mind.

Amy was above and beyond! I was happy to have her assist me on two different occasions. The pool was open late, I took a late night swim. Security told me the time it closed but didn’t rush me. Breakfast were exceptional and the wash machine option was great too.

I wish someone helped me with my bags to my room. I had two suitcases. Later in the evening I needed more quarters for the dryer. The man , younger tall man , bigger in size a little sassy gave me so much attitude when I asked for $1 in quarters from a 20 ($10,$5, four ones, and $1 in quarters) he’s said “THATS IT” the attitude was not needed. Breaking $20 sucks but have more change if your machine only takes quarters
