Very clean and comfortable. A great spot to recover for a night after a long flight. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was pleasant and courteous.

Only complaint was that despite waiting at an official hotel pickup point listed in the phone system, we were ignored by the shuttle driver and had to wait another half-hour for the next. This seemed to be an issue for every hotel shuttle, not just Embassy Suites…not a single one of them even slowed down at gate 28, and when I called the desk I was told it was because it was “near the exit” and that we should move to gate 22. In the end it all worked out, but it was frustrating to wait a full hour for pickup and be told shuttle drivers just ignore that stop more or less “because they can”.

I think they should have a variety of breakfast.

The hotel is stunning inside. The staff is very friendly and welcoming . The guest drink tickets at night to have a drink on them was warm and friendly. I wish a few hotels could learn from them . Had a couple issues when at the hotel the bath tap just started to drip late at night. Reported it and was unable to rectify. Due to leave the next couple of days I decided to put up with it. We were out of our room straight after breakfast away for the day. On returning to the hotel late afternoon..4,pm the room was not cleaned . Had to raise it with reception. Simple things like this can be annoying.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of five while traveling for medical reasons for my autistic son, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was fantastic—the bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location was perfect, right next to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service—the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and understanding of our needs. They went above and beyond to assist with early check-in and late check-out, making our trip much less stressful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

One major downside was the noise level. Being so close to both the airport and train tracks, the sound of planes and trains was extremely loud, often waking me up or keeping me from getting a good night’s sleep. At times, it felt like they were just seconds away from crashing, which was quite unsettling. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to consider. Despite the noise, the hotel itself was great, and the service made up for it. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re planning to stay here!

Breakfast was excellent and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was also quite comfortable and clean with a nice view.

I messaged the hotel a couple times querying about the airport shuttle before arriving in Miami but got no response. Ended up taking an Uber from the airport. However, we used the shuttle from the hotel to the airport at the end of our stay and that worked out well. It runs every 30 minutes.

I like the free breakfast. I had an omelet, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and toast. They have alot of options. They also provide 2 drink tickets daily. The pool was large and they have a hot tub. The rooms are big. We had a king size bed and you also get a living room with a pullout bed. You really can book 1 room for a family of 4 or 5. Especially if you get a double bed but you can request more beds if you need to.

They parking lot was packed. One of the night we couldn't find anywhere to park so they told us to park in valet.

Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the staff member was less than satisfactory. At approximately 5:30 AM on January 21st, I spoke with a staff member who was notably unhelpful and rude during the checkout process. When I asked for her name, she stated it was Elsa, but my receipt later showed the name Yamelin. I strongly encourage Hilton to revisit staff training to ensure that every guest receives courteous and professional customer service. This experience fell below the standard I’ve come to expect from Hilton, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for improvement.

It's a nice and comfortable hotel that is very conveniently located close to the airport and a major cruise ship port. Making it good choice for cruisers or long layovers.

This is not the hotel's fault but something travellers can keep in mind. The hotel has 9 guest floors with 5 elevators. As it's a popular hub for cruises and layovers, many guests checkout out around the same time. This make the wait for an elevator with space for your luggages long. Longer if traveling as a family with small kids. Travellers should factor in a minimum of 30 minutes to get to the lobby and check-out.

Beautiful hotel and breakfast was great

Arrived at 4pm and had to wait an hour for rooms. I booked 2 rooms and had confirmation to show it to desk attendant and she still argued that I didn't have 2 rooms for about 10 minutes.
