The location was perfect, near the airport and restaurants were within walking distance.

It was so noisy it made it hard to work from the room or sleep at night. Breakfast was really poor. There was no fruit besides on my first day (oranges and bananas), and coffee was over quickly and not refilled, the same as bread. I was told at the airport that the hotel had no shuttle despite being two miles away. I got a taxi and paid the absurd amount of $30,00 to be driven 2 miles to the hotel just to find the hotel does have shuttles. Efficient communication between guests and the airport should do the trick.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety. Like adding bacon and potatoes.

The location of the hotel was perfect, not too close to the busy downtown area but close enough to drive or walk around the local area and restaurants. The room was big and not compact like most places I have stayed. The staff greets you at check in with cookie.

The only thing that was an issue was that the room I requested and reserved, the king suite was switched for the double queen suite. The second thing was that the hot breakfast was the same for four days and didn’t offer variety.

Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows (which doesn't happen often). Decent breakfast with a variety of fresh items. Room was fairly quiet and the location as convenient to the airport without getting a lot of road/traffic noise. Had a little bit of a hiccup on check-in because I booked through third party site, but the lady at the front desk was super friendly and got it sorted out quickly. I've stayed in other neighboring hotels on similar occasions and this probably the best in terms of value for your money.

The enclosed parking lot is very small, and there were a couple of times when I was out late that I thought I might not find a spot to park and ended up getting the last available space. On the other hand, I did feel like my vehicle was secure there. I'm not a fan of mandatory credit holds for incidentals (I believe it's like $100) - I understand why properties have this policy, but the holds should be released as quickly as they are initiated.

I am a 60 years old with medical problem stood out in the heat waiting for the shuttle from the airport for an hour before calling the hotel. The person who answered told me 15 & 45 after the hour, white van. There was a couple that wasn’t with me also was waiting for the van. The only Fairfield white van we saw and even asked the driver was South. Myself and the couple road another hotel van (Homewood) to get there. As I was leaving to go back to the airport, I was waiting on my Uber, a van with no Fairfield markings, only LaQuinta and Druy on the van pulls up, came inside to see if anyone was going to the airport. Fairfield North need to put on their website or tell their help to let people know what exactly what hotels are on their van to pick up.

We departed before breakfast. The breakfast space had a microwave so we could heat some food we purchased from the vending area. There were numerous restaurants nearby, and I was able to walk to one for a meal. The room description didn't say there was a microwave, so that was my error.

The airport shuttle service didn't stop for us at 4:05 AM as promised - I had called before making the reservation to make sure there was a shuttle that would get us to the airport close to 4 AM. The front desk attendant had to call the driver, and while he circled back it was standing room only, which didn't work for my mobility disabled traveling companion. He did call another shuttle, and we had it to ourselves for the trip to the airport, arriving a little after 4:30 AM. It was stressful, as we knew Atlanta to be a busy airport and didn't know how long it would take to get through security.

The location was great and it was quiet for a Saturday night. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was available. The shuttle for the airport was a great option and they were up and ready to go at 5:00am.

The bathtub wouldn't drain properly when taking a shower. There wasn't a lot of parking for the amount of rooms and people that were staying.

A perfect location for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Breakfast was promptly at 6:30. The room was comfortable and quiet for the evening. There are lots of hotel options in this area and this is a solid one.

Depending on when you arrive, the parking lot can be tight, but we found a space without problem.

The staff was pleasant, the location convenient and the housekeeping group did a nice job. The breakfast was also good. I liked the exercise room but wished I used it more.

It would be nice to heat the pool to 80 degrees F since it is an outdoor pool.

It was convenient to everthing we did. The front staff was always available n helpful. The bed was very comfortable n the room was clean

The pool was closed most of our stay... there was garbage outside of rooms that wasn't picked up for awhile n the hallway had a bad smell... the couch bed was very uncomfortable
