I love the cleanliness of the room and also its prime location makes the property attractive.

The property's final price is different from what I agreed to pay through Booking.com. Luckily, Booking.com managed to reimburse the extra pay. Additionally, they did not refund the full deposit fee, citing gift awards/hidden charges that we are not aware of. After several attempts of requesting for reimbursement, they manage to return the full amount. However, the staff and the manager were not friendly enough to help me address my concerns.

Tons of amenities. Very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Walking distance to many things and easy to access public transport or ride services. Able to check your luggage before checking in.

The hard water was awful for my husband's very long hair. Mini fridge might be too small for long stays if you want groceries to cut on food costs.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice.

There was an additional $199 resort tax that was not shown in the final price in the Booking app. The heating system was noisy in my room.

The hidden fees. The tariff shown in booking.com is doubled with all the hidden fees.

My father was scheduled for surgery at Northwestern Memorial. Unfortunately, it got canceled. However, this property wasn’t just located next to the hospital I was needing to be at, but had SO much to do & see after plans changed. The rooftop has a beautiful view and a quiet place to hide out. I know the fees drove people crazy, but overall, the price wasn’t much different from others and it was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and the drinks each day are actually a huge help.

Only thing I would change, is having a coffee maker in the room, even though there’s a coffee bar downstairs. I would’ve used both options, but this definitely isn’t enough to make me stay somewhere else.

Everything was food for this money. Great location. The reception was helpful.

The price was not clear and confusing. You need to read very carefully to get an accurate price. Extra services, which are not in the base check, which I didn't want and didn't use, but I had to pay for them. The final price was more than twice as high. You have information about it before booking, but it's not transparent and convenient to "read betwine the lines". Online support is absent at all. My questions about the price to check what I understood were ignored. And I got a vast amount of ad messages instead.

The hotel was very nice, pleasant staff and clean room. The self serve coffee bar was pretty nice.

There was a bar on the ist floor but it was not in service at all during our stay wich was kind of a bummer There was no microwave in the room where we could heat up our leftover meal from the restaurant we had gone to during the day so we could not eat our leftovers. Please consider putting microwaves in the rooms. It wasn't worth the price I paid for one Nighy.

It was quiet safe comfortable cozy and warm beds and blankets and Sheets and Pillow very clean and comfortable the heat worked I did see a baby roach but it got away quick in a scurry the Bathroom Tub and Shower amenities were absolutely amazing and Great and Incredible

I'm trying to overcharge me I'm 14270 which it was only $20 I owed to them and they wouldn't even let me go upstairs to get the rest of my items and property out my room so I'm canceling the rest of my stay no it did not

This assessment is based solely on our experience. We booked accommodation at The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile Hotel & Suites for an overnight stay. Its location is outstanding, just a brief walk from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and other retail destinations, rendering it a worthwhile investment. Front desk staff Raymond displayed remarkable kindness, accommodation, and helpfulness. Consequently, we strongly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly revisit when we return.

Good Hotel, the room was big and comnfortable. Good shower and bed. Hotel gave me a small gift with water and soda cans, it was thoughtful from their side. Location is good as well, easy to access main streets of city downtown.

Despite the good room, there was a noise coming from the AC system on the wall, behind a metal door. This noise was loud and didn't stop, even when I turned the ac off. So, what I did was turning it off directly on the machine, hidden behind a metal door on the wall. Internet wasn't fast in the room.
