We had a wonderful stay! Adrienne, the woman who checked us in, was delightful and very helpful towards getting us what we wanted for our room :) The room was an AMAZING value for the price. Spacious King room with a kitchenette that was no laughing matter. Only side note about the room was a flickering light in the bathroom.

We had an issue with the people next to us being loud until about 1 AM, however the staff was helpful in resolving it.

Close to some of the swamp tour operators and plantation tours. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good (for those without any dietary requirements)

We were there two nights, and house keeping never came. The room was left vacant for most of the day so plently of opportunity for them. We specifically booked here because it came with a kitchenette as I have to prepare special food for my ceoliac son . The rooms come with microwave, large fridge and cook top but no equipment at all, not a single fork, spoon, pot or plate. If you want to make use of the kitchen facilities, make sure you bring ALL the gear with you. Perhaps that's normal here? But the kitchen facilities are basically useless unless you bring half your own kitchen with you (not practical when you are visiting from overseas!)

The room was very clean and the perfect size for my traveling party. The hot breakfast was very good. The receptionist was very friendly and encouraged us to call her if we needed anything.

The shower was very slippery. I would suggest some type of mat. My daughter immediately slipped and fell when she stepped in and I almost did as well. I placed a towel in the shower to make it slip resistant. That helped very little. Also the water pressure wasn't very strong.

The staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The atmosphere around the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a nice and friendly environment 😊

There had been major renovations so everything was new looking. It was very convenient. The bed was very nice. Everything was clean. The reception staff was excellent.

Beautiful, brand new rooms. Extremely clean on the inside.

The outside could use some cleaning and trash pickup, a lot of cigarette butts lying around.

I love the way staff knows how to resolve problems pertaining to on line booking!

I like how she explained to me that some discounts may not appear on the on line booking! O yeah.... Your guy Ernest is a wonderful person and great with the customers also!!!!! It would be good to have a iron and ironing board in each room!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Th staff was gracious and friendly. They made a good restaurant recommendation and gave great directions.

The tornado close by was something it would have been better without.
