Parking was right next to the building. The room was in fantastic shape. The staff were very willing to help with any questions and reached out periodically to make sure we were fine. Close proximity to Gaylord. And the one big thing was actually breakfast, it being included and me not having to go out into the harbor to find breakfast was fantastic

Really the only thing I wished was different was the price. I wish it was cheaper but I know rooms booked outside the Magfest lotto are more pricey and it was a good value. I feel it was priced correctly in the end it was the only negative I can possibly grasp

We stayed during Labor Day weekend. The rooms and common areas were clean and the staff was excellent. When we had a problem with our booking which was booking.com’s fault, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The location was right across from the Gaylord convention center where the NABA Basketball tournament where my family was playing in was being held and walking distance from the Harbor and many restaurants and different bars. ( sports bar, piano bar, and other themed bars). The free hit breakfast was great and so convenient especially with our large family of 9. We had a great time!!!

Everything was amazing in the room! I couldn't have asked for better, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was very clean, and was perfect for spending the weekend at a con. Breakfast was great! Perfect distance from the Gaylord.

A huge issue was the one elevator being out of order, with it being during Katsucon, it was a nightmare to get anywhere in a timely manner. It literally took hours to get our luggage out to the car because of the wait times, and we unfortunately missed a large portion of the con on sunday because of it :( I heard that it was out since MagFest, and really should have been repaired before an event like Katsu.

The breakfast included was excellent and was a significant factor in why I chose the Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor location. The room was clean and looked as described in the images when booking the room.

I quickly ran out of towels, and when I left them outside the door as requested, I never got new ones in replacement. I had to call the front desk to request more be sent to my room.

Close proximity to National Harbor, stores and restaurants. Relaxed and very festive atmosphere and the fireworks was a great end to my evening. Thankful the rain stop prior. Breakfast included was good and the potatoes were delicious.

Bed and pillows in room were hard and high, somewhat uncomfortable. Parking was extra $24. Felt it could've and should've been included as a guest at hotel or at least offered at a discounted rate.

Staff were amazing! Everyone was polite and helpful and made our stay amazing. Room was huge, beds comfortable, and the location can't be beat. Really enjoyed breakfast, the two flavors of waffle are a nice touch. Thank you for helping make this a great katsucon!

One of two of the elevators were broken on a busy weekend and I ended up having to use the stairs from the 10th floor so I could be on time for my panel and checkout.

Our room was a descent size It was clean and had both a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was includes which is always a plus. I loved that they had a microwave so you can heat up your food since buffet food is always luke warm temperature.

Connecting to the internet was unstable. We used the hot spot from our phones.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The bed was fantastically comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the serving area was very clean. I would totally stay there again, no question.

The only thing I didn't like, but was still not a downer. I went to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area, and the coffee was luke warm at its best. I made myself a fresh hot cup in the room. I do feel like in a suite, with the kitchen type area and the sink, maybe include a small dish detergent of some sort.

Outside property was appealing. The inside was bright, cheery and clean. Staff was exceptional because when I asked for places to eat since I got there late. The attendant walked to the front of the building and directed me where to go. She was very pleasant and helpful. I like the fact that you offer in/out privileges at the parking lot which made it very convient. I lived the fact that the hotel had very easy access for places to eat and shop.

The only thing i didn’t like were the eggs at breakfast

Clean room, surprisingly quiet (our window faced the main entrance and was only one floor up, so I was concerned about noise, but there were no problems!). Front desk staff was always helpful.

I had a hard time entering after 8pm to check in because the doors lock for security (good thing) and the front desk didn't see me. I didn't see the buzzer to contact them at first. So just be aware of how to enter.
