Everything in the room worked and was nice. Plenty of towels, the iron worked, TV, etc. My son's really enjoyed the pool. Just needed to find staff to get some pool towels. The breakfast was good and the helper lady in the breakfast room was very kind to my sons with autism-a very compassionate person! The only thing I would have liked is to have a USB outlet as I couldn't charge my sons shavers nor charge our iPad-that was the only disappointment. I definitely would stay again.

Staff went out of the way to be warm and helpful. They were more than friendly, they made us feel welcome.

Breakfast was ok but carb heavy for those with dietary issues like diabetes. Our TV kept going on the blink but the desk attendant showed us how to replug the cables to the cable box. Still was annoying.

Breakfast was great. There was a woman who monitored the room and cleaned up, replenished the supplies, and made everyone feel welcome. The bed was super comfy. The shower was large.

There was construction in the lobby on 9/28/2024 , but this will likely be temporary.

The floors were really slippery going in the room, and the bathroom was slippery as well. We mentioned this to the front desk as we were leaving, and she giggled. Also, we were going to let her know about the lotion being used, but due to the fact she giggled about the slippery floors, what was the point. There was nothing in the bottle.

The staff was beyond helpful and diligent about having all the breakfast amenities and care area stocked and full! The pool was perfect size for my smaller kids and big alike and the hot tub was great for us adults. It was a great value and we will be returning to this location for future staycations. Sleep Inn is out new go to.

The house keeping was the only thing my second day I requested it to be cleaned and dint arrive back till the afternoon around 2 pm and it still wasn’t done but i may have areived to soon.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Your staff was very friendly. Great selection of channels on the TV. And it was very quiet and relaxing.

Breakfast!! I had to heat my food in the microwave. The selection could have been better. The coffee was very weak.

we did have some trouble with our room . with the ac not working right. but when we brought it up the front desk they moveed our room to another one. where the ac worked . they were more then happy then happy to help with that.

The toaster only toasts one side of the bread. The eggs and sausage gravey were barely warm. I think it needs repair.
