What a great place!! Stayed an hour from the city, the metro North Train was there right around the corner driving distance. We took the train into the city so much easier then driving. There would have been no where to park looked like anyway. Staff was amazing, cleaning service was wonderful so nice!! Such a clean room all around! That is aThat's what I was worried about but it was great. Good room, good channels on the TV, clean room, nice bed were not bad, comfortable but not like home lol... Place was quiet did not here nothing on the 2nd floor. Everything was good. Did not try the breakfast but it looked like a big verity.

The pool was not open I have no idea why. Not much bad enjoyed the place. Did not have much of a complaint we stayed for a few days and it was nice.

when one asks for a handicapped room when booking, it would be nice if they gave us a room closer to elevators. Both this year and last year when we booked, we got the same floor and room, all the way down the hallway! Does that make sense??? And why did your parking have to go up from twelve to fifteen a night? Seems ridiculous that one has to pay even twelve!!!!!!

The lobby, hallways and room were clean and looked like they had been remodeled in the last 5 years. The location was walking distance to a handful of restaurants so we didn't have to get back in the car to find a place to eat. It's only about 20 minutes outside of Sleepy Hollow,NY.

We had to circle the hotel plaza 3 times before seeing the entrance to the parking lot for the hotel. When we called to get clarification on where we needed to go, no one answered the phone. This was very frustrating after driving in from Pittsburgh,Pa. The pool was not listed on the the amenities. The breakfast buffet that was advertised was lackluster as we were told there were no pancakes or waffles. The continental breakfast was lean for $15 person. We went up the road to Sleepy Hollow and had a wonderful breakfast at Bellas for the same amount the continental would have cost us and weren't hungry until dinner time.

Easy access to escape from the storm and flooding. It was a clean, comfortable room.

There was limited staff on duty. The team of 2 women had to work at the desk, bar, restaurant, and kitchen. They were working too hard, and people had to wait long for assistance. The people on duty were very friendly and doing their best. They deserve extra pay.

The staff we spoke with were very professional and kind. The hotel was quiet and in a good location.

The top quilt on the bed could be a bit nicer, it seemed a little flimsy and not of a particularly good quality. But the bed itself was very comfortable and the bedding, and everything else, was very clean. We also expected breakfast, or at least the overnight parking, to be included with the price of the room since it was not cheap.

Loved the location and the breakfast offered. There was a 20.00 but well worth it for the convenience. I also really enjoyed the bar. The drink selection and appetizers were wonderful. I was traveling for business and appreciated the convenience.

My gripes were small. The bathroom didn't have a vent, so after a hot shower, I had to wait for the mirrors to clear to do my hair and makeup

Very friendly staff and very helpfull

The airco would turn of every off 30 minute. That would disturbe the sleeping.

It was a great location for the family event I was attending. The room was pretty clean and the front staff were friendly. I liked that there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

I feel the included breakfast could have been a bit better. The food was not the greatest. I wish parking pricing could have been a bit cheaper.

I loved the size of the room. I previously tried to book this room on another site and I was told by the hotel that those rooms didn’t exist. I’m glad it existed for this stay

I absolutely hate that you have to pay for breakfast. As expensive as the hotel is food should be complimentary.

I loved this hotel. I will definitely stay here anytime I come to NY. The room was super clean and spacious, staff was terrific and helped us with early check-in and late check out, and there's lots of restaurants, movies, etc within walking distance.
