The room was exceptionally clean, with no off-putting "old hotel" odors or "cover-up" scents. The bed was vey comfortable, with a mattress that felt like new. The hot water was hot within seconds. The room rate was very fair for the total eclipse weekend. I am not a breakfast person, so I did not partake or even observe what was offered. I did not log onto the motel's wifi, choosing to use my own mobile "hotspot."

I always find TV remote controls very challenging to use, and when there is an apparent cable system, I am not sure if it is even possible to connect to the local broadcast stations (I was not able to do so, but did desire to view them). Perhaps an instruction sheet for the remote control unit, and a description of the potential television offerings, would be helpful.

Staff was friendly. Not far from shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Was quiet for the time of season I went there. The pool was not open, but I didn't go for that. TV had good channel choices. The shower was good.

Heard a dog barking for an hour very early in the morning, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

What we didn’t like about the place had nothing to do with Rodeway Inn. It was people who were staying there!! 3am Sunday morning people were arguing, slamming doors and had their VERY LOUD truck running outside our sliding doors. People are very disrespectful and could care less about those who are sleeping!! 😡

The staff was friendly and the location was great. I saw lots of complaints online regarding the cleanliness of the facility, but I thought everything was fine. People need to have realistic expectations.

Although we knew the pool and hotub were not working prior to booking, we wish they had been working.

- Our room wasn't made up while we were away. There was no make up my room sign either. - Coffee machine in the room was missing parts.

Very family friendly hotel. Very comfortable and the front desk was able to quickly help with any questions we had.

The bathroom shower curtain was a little gross since it was fabric not plastic. And we only had 1 full size shower towel but those are very minimal problems and I’m sure the front desk would have provided more towels if we had asked.

We just wwnt akiing to whitwface mountain we stayed with our two kids 10 and 12 it was good after day skiing we went in tge pool and used jacuzzi it was clean. Rooms were fine we stayed 4 nights hotel is avout a mile away from tge town you gotta drive town is cute a lot to do. Mountain is about 20 mims away.

These people were so attentive and easy to work with. Even the few little issues were addressed quickly and the staff was so good with our littles. Didn’t seem bothered at all by them needing to talk to them every time they saw them.

Breakfast was just okay. On my last day nothing was working no toaster no pancake machine.

Affordable, clean rooms with plenty of space for winter gear and luggage. Easy to control in-wall heater was great for drying out wet gloves and jackets after a day in the mountains.

The shower was a little cramped if taller than 6' but still useable. Hard to complain given the price of the rooms. Also couldn't find a place to get hot water to make tea after hours - breakfast room seemed locked.
