The property was very pretty and clean! The staff were great, the location was absolutely amazing and most things in downtown were very walkable! The beds were comfy, and the view was gorgeous.

The only thing I didn’t love about the property was the shower. The water pressure wasn’t the best and it got water all over the floor, and it would been nice to have some counter space. But other than that it was great.

the location was good, close to restaurants and downtown attractions and for my needs, the hospital. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious, and I also liked the shower head.

The shape of the toilet was quite odd and not comfortable. I also prefer a shower that closes and doesn't let all the cold air in. Also, the toilet was not cleaned properly. :( The self-parking was pricey too. It would have been nice to know where to pull up when checking in.

The rooms were sweet. We knew we would be spending most of our time in the room so we wanted some space. Room was very open and nice. The staff were super cool, the room was clean, the rest of the hotel was also super clean. We liked that once you get your keycard that’s what you need to get around and it prevented a lot of unnecessary foot traffic. Andrew at the front desk was cool as heck.

The showers were fine for us, it didn’t bother us at all, it’s only a half door and it gets water everywhere but it was whatever, they gave us extra towel, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel I don’t think if I needed a lot of “get ready room” the mirrors aren’t super easy to use and there’s no fan in the bathroom so anytime someone showered it makes the room very humid. Also, the complete lack of signage in the front lobby is pretty bad. The check in “counter” is not a counter and looks like a hostess booth for the restaurant. And when the elevator doors open every single floor looks exactly the same and there is stairs but they aren’t marked at all and are hard to use.

Shower soap dispensers were empty Hotel needs more restaurant staff … had dinner at Beastro & felt sorry for the only wait staff working herself that night as she was running all over the restaurant helping customers. Wait time was very long but did not fault the only working wait staff because she was trying to do the best she can even with a smiling apologetic & courteous face

This hotel is a unique property with fun/ quirky wall paper/ murals in the rooms and lobby area. The rooms are a bit spartan, but I liked that. Large windows brought plenty of light into the room, the fitness room was small but adequate, and conveniently, there is a there is a Starbucks attached to the hotel. The location made for easy walking around the downtown area. I’d definitely stay here again.

The beds, pillows, and blankets were soo comfortable! The lively colors made for a very bright and enjoyable atmosphere. The view at night was spectacular.

I didn't like where the coffee pot was placed, it was awkward to get to. Also the ceiling was not pleasant to look at. And one of the lamps (center) just flickered on and off. The telephone cord was frayed which was a bit unsettling..

The staff is by far the best I've encountered in recent memory. They were super friendly and approachable, happy to help and when my husband left some stuff behind, they were extremely helpful in getting it back. The room was absolutely beautiful, the design aesthetic is really interesting, the ceilings are huge and it really feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. I'll be staying here again, no doubt.

The bed and the shower are great! There is a comfortable lounge available for the hotel guests.

The hotel charges for early check-in ($ 75.00) and for late check-out ($ 25.00), even if the room is available.

Convenient location

Refrigerator made an odd humming sound every night in the middle of the night- loud enough to wake me up but not long enough to warrant a call to the Front Desk. Totally “Cashless” property was inconvenient- had to go to Starbucks to break a $20 (but something) to leave cash tip for housekeeping.

The parking was very assessable, nice lobby and functional quick elevators! Also liked the feature where you have to scan keycard to go up the elevator or enter the building!

The fact that the room didn’t have good lighting fixtures, very dark at night!
