Great location for us as we wanted to visit our son who lives nearby. Had to wait to checkin as no staff were on the front desk due to a late bus however they made up for it by offering a breakfast voucher. If not given a free breakfast, I would not purchase one from the hotel as there are better option at cafes nearby. Big room. Had a curtain to separate beds from bathroom area and possibly to stop noise from corridor. Huge bathroom with so much space. Quiet room. No noise from corridor or neighboring rooms.

The hotel location was great as there are options where to eat. My room was perfect and nosise level was non existent I was able to relax and get a goodnight sleep both nights. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those traveling to Pittsburgh.

We got the governor suit and it was amazing!!! It was like our own apartment. There was a living room, dining room and the bathroom was out of this world, with a deep soak tub and a walk in shower that could fit 5-6 people at once. Angel at the bar was so sweet and nice and made the drinks really well and was a great addition to the amazing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean, including bed linens and towels and we were very pleased with the location, as it was convenient to where we needed to be. Having said that, the cost of our room was definitely on the expensive side at $440 for just Saturday night. We utilized a credit for Friday night, but we were literally floored by a bill that exceeded $500 once tax and fees were added!

The parking was limited and having to valet park, although adequate, was a bit of an inconvenience.

Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Parking was easy in the neighborhood and valet was offered.

Room description was slightly inaccurate. We expected two queen beds, but the beds were not queens. Maybe they were full or double beds. We were staying as a family of 4 so it was a bit tight to share those beds.

Room is clean and very good size. Staff were helpful and location is great regarding where we liked to visit.

Parking was more expensive than some big cities hotels, on top of that, it’s valet parking only or street parking, also valets likes to be tipped which makes the parking fee even more expensive.

Other than not having a self parking lot , the hotel was great. ( we did use the valet parking which was great but $$ )

Incredible value for money, huge spacious rooms. Good facilities, good staff. I love this hotel.

The parking is a pain in the neck. They do offer a valet service which is reasonably expensive, but then you obviously have to tip the valet person each time. It ends up being a bit of a hassle. The lot is neither too far nor super close, so motivated travelers could choose to park there themselves.

The property was very nice aesthetically, clean and drive up was nice.

In the hotel room the ihome radio was dusty and the charging port on the top was broken. I was still able to connect via Bluetooth.

The gentlemen checking us in was one of the rudest people I have ever met and didn’t get any better as the time went on . The facility was clean and beds was somewhat comfortable. Location was tricky , only valet partaking is available. Hotel was clean , outside hotel was alleyways with graffiti. Location was walking distance to a large selection of restaurants, but walking in the area felt only semi safe .
