It seemed the property was only 10 minutes for everything we did. The hotel was very pet friendly. The parking lot was nice and reasonably priced. We liked the made to order breakfast each morning (buffets waste so much food). The room was spacious and the bathroom very nice. The lighting was so dim. They need to put brighter light bulbs in the bedside lamp and add another light somewhere. The black ceiling is moody and I could see it was concrete - maybe that counts towards the scarcity of overhead lighting. But still overall it was an A for us.

The food was good and reasonably priced. the staff was very personable and and professional.

The outside traffic noise was unbearable. We were there two times. The first time and the last time. My wife and I stayed at other hotels over the years, but none as loud and noisy as your place. It was like trying to sleep at the Daytona 500 while the race was being run. The part that we found funny, was the hotel supplies ear plugs, We will never stay or recommend your hotel to anyone we know .

Very cool vibe…paid homage to the location, which was formerly steel mills. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Be sure to book a room facing the river.

The parking. The hotel parking lot is paid parking. There is no other option. I was completely unaware of this when I checked in. And it isn’t inexpensive. $30 per night!! Honestly parking should be free here. There is no on street option. It’s not as if, the hotel is in downtown to warrant such a high rate. The hotel, to their credit, did discount the parking for me, since I was unaware and it was not (that I saw anyway) mentioned on the reservation site. Separately, there is nothing around this location to walk to. No restaurants or shops. It’s in the middle of an office park. Also, it’s a bit of a challenge to get to.

I would give this a million stars if I could. The front desk woman (wearing the A necklace) took excellent care of us. She gave me as many tampons/pads as I needed, she upgraded our room at no cost, and we were able to have an early check in/later check out. I know things like this don’t normally happen, but I am so thankful and grateful for the incredible service we got. And the Lobby was so beautifully decorated!! Thank you so so much for everything, you gave us a wonderful start to the new year. This will now be our go to hotel in pgh!

Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge in room, coffee and tea also. Restaurant was very good. Coffee and tea available in lobby in am. Christmas decorations were very nice too. Check in and out was simple, parking was convenient.

Not enough towels for a room for 5, no linens for the sofa bed, had to call front desk. Pillows were much too thick, all 5 of us in the room said how uncomfortable the pillows were the next day. Rooms facing the highway are pretty noisy with rush hour traffic.

Hotel was fairly new so facilities were good and parking was very convenient

Half of the hotel is on the highway side and the noise is significant. Every half an hour there is enough noise from a car or a motorcycle to wale you up. We had an infant and it was challenging to keep him sleeping. I wish hotel staff would let us know and place us to the other side

The hotel was clean and has been carefully decorated. We spent just one time as we were going through Pittsburg just to get to our final destination in Delaware. Unfortunately, we did not sleep very well as the beds were not very comfortable for our taste, and the morning breakfast was average. On the other hand, the staff was very accommodating and extremely kind.

This hotel is sleek and stylish, very clean, quite and the location was great. The breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. It has a nice roof top terrace and patio area. With that being said, the bed was somewhat hard and not very comfortable, at least for me. Over all very pleased with this hotel.

The price to pay to parking. It’s just parking, not sure why it should not be free as a courtesy. Or at least $10.00. $22.00 is a little much.

All the staff was extremely nice. The room was very spacious, clean and super comfortable beds. And the location of the hotel was very close to University of Pittsburgh and that was great as I was staying at the hotel for my sister's graduation! : )

The coffee provided in the lobby was not very tasty.

No microwaves in room. Had to go to main lobby to heat up food. Possibly consider the soap given. I have sensitive skin and I forgot my body wash and when using the one provided, the heavy fragrance made my skin break out in rashes.
