It was clean and in a convenient location.

I feel there should have been more than 1 charging station for electric vehicles. The night time clerk was very rude upon our arrival. After making the reservation I confirmed with the hotel that we could check in at approximately 2:30am. We needed this time as we had a night flight that would not arrive until this time. The clerk told me that i would have to come back at 3pm in the afternoon. After finally telling him 4 times that this reservation was confirmed via email and verbal conversation with hotel staff he said he would allow us to check in but that he was charging 2 nights. I told him the reservation was for 2 nights of payment.

i spent a fortune for one night stay ($300 ) for one night stay that did not include breakfast. That surprised me because I expected it to be free.

I have to pay for my breakfast before catching my flight back home. No TV captioning that broke the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. I asked for the assistance from front desk. They came up with many excuses that it is not CC feasible so I could not relax watching the TV programs. I am deaf and could not understood what was spoken on all channels. I paid $300 for a room with inaccessible TV for people with hearing losses. I found it to be unacceptable! it is 2024 that almost all hotels in the US are readily CC but yours is not!

Everyone tried to be helpful. Alfred's Bar was excellent. The use of a computer was important.

The inroom shower was dangerous. My wife warned me after she showered that it was very slippery. When I showered I came close to falling more than once. It is otherwise a good shower. It needs non-slip strips on the floor. Truly dangerous.

We had a great experience from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Jon who helped us during check in was very kind and helpful. We used the swimming pool which was warm and nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was also good.

When breakfast is included in the price, it would be great if it is for all people the reservation is made for. We made a reservation for two adults and two little children but the breakfast voucher was only for two. That was a bummer.

Very clean and had restaurants and pool

The staff at the front desk could of been a little friendlier we were left standing for a free with no acknowledgement from the staff who were looking for something being the desk who saw us there. Like a simple hello we will be with you in a moment would have gone a long way. Rather we felt ignored.

The bed was very comfortable and staff was professional and pleasant. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was quite pricey. We didn’t need it every morning so just went twice at the hotel as IHOP and other breakfast restaurants are a lot less.

I love the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff were friendly and respectful..

There is an area of opportunity at the Front desk when the client asks for the final portfolio. I asked the night Front desk agent, the day that I left the hotel to provide me with a copy of my stay folio. We ate three times at the hotel using our corporate card. The agent told me that my entire folio will be available at Booking.com. The information provide was inaccurate and now I have to call the hotel to request my receipts. Great hotel Front desk agent was not fully aware of the standards.

The facilities are good; Restaurant, bar, Starbucks (limited hours), Pool, and weight room.

Engineer was unable to fix sink drain (wouldn’t close to hold water), after two tries by staff my husband just did it himself.

The room was very large, and nicely decorated. The shower was excellent and there was a separate area with a sink and a makeup prep area with a magnifying mirror. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was very good too, with adequate a/c on a hot day.

very nice ,clean hotel. everyone was friendly and accommodating.

2 nights in a row we ordered dinner and what we wanted was not available. when handing someone a menu server/bartender should let the client know if you are out of an item on the menu, not after they pick what they want just to find out you don't have it.
