The facility was very clean. Staff were very nice. Loved the free popcorn. The room was great, bed was comfy, loved the verity in soft/hard pillow choices. Weirdly I loved the lounge chair by the bed. Was very comfy to read a good book and relax. Cleaning staff was super nice and understanding. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wish they could fix their phones, had a hard time calling reception via room phone. Had to end up calling the hotel through my personal phone. Also, there was no microwave in our room (not a big deal but would've been nice if it did have one).

The location is grand. Cracker Barrel just across the street; however, there are plenty of restaurants around. The location is so close to I-24 which is great form my coming from the Nashville Airport. The location made everything so very convienient for me. I love the setup of the check- in area, it’s very inviting.

The overhead vent in the restroom need to be cleaned; also no microwave; however, I didn’t need one on this stay. The things that I did so liked made up for the differences for the things I mentioned that I din’t like.

Like the location to the interstate, check in was easy.

A little pricey for the location and the amount of other options at that exit. Newer hotel it seems, need to have someone clean or vacuum the return air vents in common areas especially when getting off the elevator first thing we seen getting off the elevator to our room return air vents covered in dust. Lots of pillows in our room seemed like all were the same ones some places have a mix of firm and soft these were all soft had to use 3 . Also you have to pay for breakfast should be included, when every other hotel includes it. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be price shopping. All in all it was okay, we were just passing through and needed a place to rest for the night. Staff was very nice everyone we encountered were friendly.

Room was well appointed, bed was alright-not the best but not the worst either. Evening staff were much friendlier than the staff at check out.

Lighting from the bathroom was bothersome when the kids would use the restroom, and frosted panels in the door let the bright bathroom light into the sleeping area. Light changes wake me immediately.

This location was very clean. The staff were helpful, respectful, and very nice. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The staff working the breakfast area we’d great too.

The only thing we didn’t like was the beds were too soft for us. It is hard to find a hotel with beds that are comfortable for us.

Did not eat breakfast! I was given 2 adults rewards for breakfast, but didn't use. My room was very clean, but needed more wash cloths. 2 adults and 2 children in my party. One front desk staffer saved the day for me! If it wasn’t for her kindness, my family would have been uncomfortable for the night. She upgraded my room and gave me the breakfast rewards. The other front desk attendant was not flexible, maybe she was new. I was traveling with 2 children and it was very late.

Breakfast was not included!Breakfast was a cost, advertise as breakfast included, but breakfast is NOT INCLUDED. I booked this hotel online, but as I arrived she said that they had no room for me with 2 beds. It was the kindness of another front desk staffer that upgraded me as it was very late and I was traveling with 2 young children. The advertisement was false and misleading. I booked and paid with my credit card and there was no 2 bed room available. Disappointed with the whole process, if no rooms were available, it should have been removed from the online availability list. The barn door to the bathroom was not practical, couldn't close bathroom door completely for privacy.

Breakfast was great. The staff was great. It was clean and the food was fresh. Some hotels offer breakfast, but you have to pay. Really they weren't worth the price they charged.

I'm not a huge neat freak but I think the mirrors in the entrance way of the room could have been a little less smudged. It was very comfortable

The whole pool and pool area! Very clean. And NOT to deep. Hotel smelled wonderful! Not to cold or too hot in hotel area. Room temp was very comfortable( thermostat works great!) staff was beyond sweet!!!

That I was charged for 2 rooms when I only booked 1! I needed a immediate refund!

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. We were amazed by how clean and nice it was and the staff were so nice! Will definitely be back to stay!

Clean, bartender was phenomenal, smell was lively, not one piece of dust in room, bathroom was great, all dove products provided in bathroom was a lovely surprise

The hallway has cameras but I could hear kids running above and on the same floor hallway obnoxiously at 6am
