Our room was a bit bigger than I expected it. I know its a much older building, but they definitely gave it a modern feel. The bed was beyond comfortable to sleep in. My only gripe was the thinness of the comforter for the bed. Breakfast was just what we needed. There was a lady who was working Saturday morning during breakfast hours who was super friendly, conversational, and overall gave you the right dose of dopamine and serotonin that you needed to start your day. She was super sweet to all the little ones in the the hotel too. Since my husband and I were working the DIFF Dallas Festival that weekend we appreciated how close in proximity our hotel was to everything! We were able to go to Shake Shack, hit the Virgin Hotel for interviews, and get to the Cinepolis Theatre fairly quickly. And for the price we paid it was perfect.

Only that one of the elevators wasn't in all that good of a working condition. They also did not carry cash at the front desk. Considering where we were in Dallas I could see how being debit/credit or digital pay only would make sense. A great way to reduce any chance of crime happening in their place of business.

Breakfast both days was really great. There were a lot of guests and the staff did an exceptional job of keeping up with dishes, service, restocking and the waffle station. Front desk and evening bartenders were both friendly and great at their jobs. Room was clean and spacious with plenty of towels for showers after a long hot days out in Dallas.

Shower spray could have been stronger, felt like the shower head needed a little maintenance. Had an inside courtyard view so we watched the pool/jacuzzi maintenance instead of enjoying it in the evening.

Everything was great! The entire hotel was clean, and everything was kept up well. All of the employees that I came in contact with were exceptional. Breakfast was amazing! Ms. Tammie was sweet, and a wonderful hostess. She kept the waffles flowing whenever new guests would arrive, and also cleaned up your dishes as soon as you were finished. She had her gospel playlist on and the music was uplifting and just what I needed to start my day. I wish I could have stayed a little longer, but I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area.

They were in a pinch when the power went out but everyone had such a great attitude and were helping to their best ability over something they couldn’t control! And as soon as it came back on they were still just as helpful and cheery as they could be!

Just the power outage but it was out of the hotels control, so no notes!

All calls were answered promptly by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast options were more than amenable and flower smoothly. I also was able to receive an Instacart delivery during my stay. The facilities were lovely and the amenities excellent. I only wish that I could have made use of them all.

There was some sort of Fire Drill or Property Alarm on the 2nd day of my stay which was neither explained or assisted with. The flashing lights accompanied by the loud sirens exacerbated my ill health that day. Once I finally arrived at the front desk from my room the staff looked quite confused themselves all huddled up and giggling. I attempted to inquire about the situation and receiving no reply, moved outside the hotel and called my husband/roommate for this trip so that he might hear the alarms and return to help me. After some time the alarms were abated, yet I still had no idea what had occurred on the property and waited outside for my husband to assist me back to the room as I could not do so on my own.

The room had everything we needed. I haven't stayed in a hotel that was this good in a long time. It was like a perfect combination of the basic things you need mixed with luxury. I really loved my stay, it was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The bed was amazingly soft and I had really good sleep because they have Blackout curtains. The breakfast was good and had everything I liked. The pool and jacuzzi was really good too. I highly recommend this place because it was sooo worth the money! Special shout out to Ken and Valentina at the front desk, they really helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were friendly too and made the experience even better. It really exceeded my expectations. May God bless this hotel and the staff!

There were just small nitpicking things but overall I really loved my stay.

Very clean rooms, great facilities. Parking garage was nice to have on site. Rooms are quiet from outside especially being downtown. What made this property amazing was the front staff. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extremely friendly. Helped recommend locations nearby for food and leisure, always greeted us with a smile! Will absolutely stay here every time we come to Dallas for events.

GREAT staff, clean, spacious, comfortable room, good breakfast options. We loved having the kitchen and sitting area - made our trip very budget friendly. The event we were attending was at the convention center - just a few minutes away. Parking for our room was only a door away, so unloading & loading was super convenient.

The entry door from parking was bent, so tough to open/close. Really, everything was great.

Great location for the baseball tournament the lady at breakfast was great with everyone did not get her name but she made breakfast great was on point with all the guests and I just love seeing someone great with a smile and happy to help with it all and just starts your day out great

Everything was good

The bartender was so friendly! We enjoyed chatting with him while we had a few drinks before attending a concert at the American Airlines center. We were pleased with the location in relation to the American Airlines center and the room was comfortable and met our needs!

We had to wait a little bit longer than I expected for check in. There were quite a few people waiting to check in.
