The woman that helped us with our check in was very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Where the hotel is located near plenty of shopping and plenty of areas to choose from to eat The room had all the amenities, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Standard breakfast was served in the lobby but sadly we weren't able to enjoy it because we had to leave the hotel for an early event.

I liked that this location had a pretty good amount of choices for breakfast in the morning. Not anything crazy but still filling and tasty. I also loved hanging by the pool which was clean and taken care of. The location is also a great spot with shopping and restaurants nearby and only around 25-30 minutes to Dallas. I also like the overall cleanliness of the facility, no bad smells (besides the smoking rooms) it was very clean.

Location and parking were great. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. All staff were very friendly.

Nothing I didn't like. Just a few points. Room was very dark. It would have been nice at breakfast to have a choice of bacon and sausage every day rather than rotating them.

Fantastic Breakfast! The staff were helpful and cheerful.

The treadmill did not work. The elliptical machine had a major bump sound on every cycle. It also had a screeching sound as well. I had some 3-in-1 oil and lubricated it until I found the source. I eliminated it, but the thumping remained.

Good service and good food for breakfast.(crisp bacon and easy to make waffle was a plus).

Loud-noisy A/C unit in room 206. Recycles on and off far too often. (Motor in A/C unit sounds unbalanced while creating a very annoying and disturbing 'rattle' sound during cooling operation.

Appreciate opportunity of having breakfast available. However, the dining room was a bit smaller than expected. Also, the breakfast area was quite noisy from other quests and working staff.

Electric heater in room was difficult in maintaining desired temperature. Breakfast items were too limited in selection.

Very clean, nice staff with convenient location near shopping and food but away from a lot of heavy traffic. Pool looked clean and was pretty. Furniture was a little worn but everything smelled and looked clean. Had a large shower, and room size was Good. Bed was hard and a little uncomfortable, but I do not like firm mattresses.

Cricket not smashed just dead standing. Mold in tiles in shower. Coffee table worn or crewed ,on corners. The fact that corrections were not performed, people not doing their job! It’s a team job! When a place does better at 2/3 the $$.

Clean, comfortable, very nice breakfast

This time Wi-Fi wasn’t great and many tv channels didn’t work well. It was a rainy few days so that may have been the issue. We will still return here when we visit our grandkids.

Friendly efficient staff, especially in the breakfast room. Very clean and well run. Thank you!

Room smelled of damp and would have preferred the shower to have been less enclosed, glass would have made it feel less claustrophobic.
