Nice property, clean rooms.

The bath tub had water damage but other than that, pretty clean

Staff and customer service outstanding and in short amazing met Lawade, who is just the sweetest and helpful and Rebecca at desk to not knowing the area they gave my sister and I directions and restaurants that were good to moving us to lower floor bc we don’t want to use the elevator they were remarkable. Met Danielle in kitchen staff she was amazing and so attentive to help make sure we had everything and were happy with food to even explaining the road and areas of problems on our continued travel to Ky the ark! She even took plates to table helped make waffles her smile and help along with Lawade and Rebecca at desk was well worth any issues in the hotel. Met worker Paula outside she was nice to. Your lucky to have the staff you do it made all the difference and well worth the stay.

Ice machine didn’t work, pool tiny, nothing but trees around , elevators scary and some not working so used steps. What issues this hotel had was made up by staff and customer service outstanding to say the least

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful! They were all very understanding in working with me in my situation as to why I was in Charleston, and I would like to thank them for being so compassionate during our ordeal.

Nothing major and nothing that they could do about it, but it was all the homeless people around the area.

The facility was great, clean, and very user-friendly. For the value, we will stay here again, as it is in the middle of the downtown area of our capital city, close to a medical facility that we use quite often.

The hallway was warmer than expected. The parking area was a little dark with only a couple of handicapped parking spots.

The dimly lit parking lot left you feeling a little uneasy walking through it at night. The building is in dire need of repairs. There were 3 elevators, only 1 worked. The inside of said elevator looked like something from a scary movie. The interior walls had been replaced with plywood, showing zero pride in providing a clean, neat looking appearance.

The property is very nice. We have stayed multiple times we have went to a concert and had a babysitter for our kids. It’s a great location!

I didn’t like that we have stayed at this property multiple times but when we checked in they told us that they would let us stay this time but we wouldn’t be able to stay any longer because we live within 50 miles of the property.

Location and soft bed. The bed covers were so soft. The two different people we dealt with at the registration desk were super friendly.

There were ants in the room. Also the tv remote was difficult to use. The shower was weird. I have never seen one that you pull down the part in the faucet.

Very pleasant stay at the Best Western! Front desk was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was fantastic! Room was very clean! Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the best rate I could find!

The elevator could use a cosmetic update, but that’s about it. It worked properly, just looked a little sketchy at first glance.

Friendly and helpful staff

Location is awful. There's homeless people everywhere and the area reeks of bad smells. Breakfast was not good. We had to walk to another location for breakfast. They quickly run out of food

The eggs were well-scrambled and I like that. Large sausage patties. Bacon. A choice of muffins and a sweet roll. Juices. Good coffee. The waffle maker was empty and no batter ready but hey we were late for breakfast, it was almost over, we did not want waffles anyway !!! A good breakfast !! I really liked the bathroom. The square sink. The bar of soap smelled wonderful. The black tissue box.

Jim said the hot water in the shower could have been hotter.
