Comfortable room and shower with cold bottled water waiting for me in the refrigerator. I stayed here in a heat wave so I really appreciated that cold water (in the mini-fridge, and in the shower!). The airport shuttle makes it so easy to stay here on a layover. I arrived by train from Wengen late night and left early in the morning so I really appreciated the prompt/frequent shuttle service. While I didn't have time to eat at the restaurant, I also really appreciated that it was there in case I needed it.

Even with the "AC" or fan in the room on (not sure what it was supposed to be) and the window wide open, it was crazy hot in the room (summer heat wave). I took a cold shower before I went to sleep and when I woke up, and of course didn't not sleep with that heavy duvet cover on.

The staff was very helpful. Shuttle service was a huge help. The location was ideal for returning our rental car and going to the airport. The restaurant was very good and food was exceptional

The restaurant staff was a DISASTER! Very disorganized, not helpful, made it seem like they are doing us a favor by getting us the food! Had ordered 1 chicken and 1 salmon, but they brought both salmon! When I said I wanted chicken, they said, either take this or you will need to wait another 45 mins! So basically I had to eat what was given to me. Waited more than 90 mins to get service, finally my friend had to physically go to the desk to request a menu! It was not a pleasant experience as we were very tired too! And there were others having the same issues as us too. But the food was very very tasty and nice!

The hotel room was really clean and comfortable and the staff was truly kind. I mostly liked the fact that as a guest of the hotel you get a confirmation for public transport owing to which you use it totally free of charge. In addition, it is so close to the airport. As a guest of this hotel, you have transport to and from the hotel free of charcge each 20 minutes. On the other hand, the city centre is not too far away and there are good connections to reach it smoothly. It takes you 20-30 minutes to get there. Given all this, I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! It will always be my choice whenever I visit Geneva.

Really clean and comfortable excellent frequent shuttle to and from the airport.Check in receptionist was nice and so were the bar staff.

In the Morning I sat waiting for the Restaurant to open.The Male receptionist came and told Me that breakfast was not included in My stay but to have some anyway.Then He returned and asked if I'd paid My city tax,which I had.I started getting some breakfast when a very abrupt and rude Chef asked Me My Name and room number,He went away and came back and loudly told Me My stay didn't include Breakfast.This was Infront of other guests and I was made to look like a criminal.I paid over £100 for the room and spent about 100 Swiss Franks in the bar and restaurant.

Good enough for a night after a late landing or before an early flight. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle service that's not the best but highly needed to get there with luggage.

The shuttle service was poorly organized. They didn't keep track of how many guests would need it or the luggage volume they'll occupy which reduces the van capacity by half. Due to this we couldn't get in the shuttle and had to wait until it returned to the airport but by then a new group of guests with huge ski gear was waiting to get in and there was no control for the driver to understand who had been waiting first. Some families gave up and walked all the way to the hotel under the snow. Also the front staff was talking badly about a guest that complained loudly about the shuttle issues. The guests didn't have manners but the hotel staff shouldn't call her crazy in front of other guests

- Location to the airport meant we could also walk, which was convenient as the shuttle bus was already full in the morning when we went to board - Family rooms available - Friendly staff - We got a really good last minute rate, but I wouldn’t have been happy with the room if we had paid more (I saw the same room for other dates at 450 per night, which is really bad value)

- The carpet by the bed was stained and crusty - shower drain was slow and so the water was quick to fill up in the cabinet and overflow onto the floor - booking said two bathrooms but there was only one tiny bathroom in the family suite

Firstly, the airport shuttle was very reliable to and fro. Nice location, just a stones throw to the airport. I love the view from my window. I could literally see the world trade centre, the control tower of the airport, planes flying at close range, the trains, tram, nice mountain view, beautiful flowers/trees, just to mention a few😃 As for the room, the bed was so comfy, the toilet, shower room sparkling clean. Bottles of water provided💃as am a water person. There's also a tea/coffee making facilities for all you lovers of such🙂 I'll absolutely visit again. Nice meal, I totally enjoyed it, I had to tell the chef that myself. This was for breakfast which I had at the dining area. There's also room service which I explored for my dinner, if you don't want to eat at the dining area/restaurant. Room service was great, nice presentation👌 Defo worth the value for money. Thanks Nash Airport Hotel for a worthwhile stay🙂

Very convenient location walking distance from the terminal. Superb quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent price. Reasonable sound proofing. Restaurant open late. Parking available.

Shuttle bus is apparently every ten minutes but it was half term so very busy and I gave up waiting and walked the short distance. Limited dinner menu. I can’t eat gluten and there was very little for me. Wine was 16 francs per very small glass, which is daylight robbery!

The bed was comfy, windows opened, fridge and kettel were great, a lovely shower and the sauna was great. The safe was useful.

The room was a bit small, the wardrobe had only 4 hangers and the shelf above was too high and the shelf below was too low (floor level) to put any clothes. The side tables implied three small drawers each, however they were just boxes with no drawers, why??? We had to live out of our suitcases for 10 days!

I really liked the friendly reception staff who were very helpful to this solo traveller. The bar and restaurant area was welcoming with a good selection of drinks and meals. The room was very comfortable with everything you need. The lighting in the room was effective giving either full light or more subtle lighting. Really liked the ability to set the room temperature as I prefer a cool room it was nice to reduce the temperature. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, lovely powerful shower. Great location with free shuttle to the airport. Highly recommended.
