The hotel room was really clean and comfortable and the staff was truly kind. I mostly liked the fact that as a guest of the hotel you get a confirmation for public transport owing to which you use it totally free of charge. In addition, it is so close to the airport. As a guest of this hotel, you have transport to and from the hotel free of charcge each 20 minutes. On the other hand, the city centre is not too far away and there are good connections to reach it smoothly. It takes you 20-30 minutes to get there. Given all this, I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! It will always be my choice whenever I visit Geneva.

Really clean and comfortable excellent frequent shuttle to and from the airport.Check in receptionist was nice and so were the bar staff.

In the Morning I sat waiting for the Restaurant to open.The Male receptionist came and told Me that breakfast was not included in My stay but to have some anyway.Then He returned and asked if I'd paid My city tax,which I had.I started getting some breakfast when a very abrupt and rude Chef asked Me My Name and room number,He went away and came back and loudly told Me My stay didn't include Breakfast.This was Infront of other guests and I was made to look like a criminal.I paid over £100 for the room and spent about 100 Swiss Franks in the bar and restaurant.

Good enough for a night after a late landing or before an early flight. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle service that's not the best but highly needed to get there with luggage.

The shuttle service was poorly organized. They didn't keep track of how many guests would need it or the luggage volume they'll occupy which reduces the van capacity by half. Due to this we couldn't get in the shuttle and had to wait until it returned to the airport but by then a new group of guests with huge ski gear was waiting to get in and there was no control for the driver to understand who had been waiting first. Some families gave up and walked all the way to the hotel under the snow. Also the front staff was talking badly about a guest that complained loudly about the shuttle issues. The guests didn't have manners but the hotel staff shouldn't call her crazy in front of other guests

- Location to the airport meant we could also walk, which was convenient as the shuttle bus was already full in the morning when we went to board - Family rooms available - Friendly staff - We got a really good last minute rate, but I wouldn’t have been happy with the room if we had paid more (I saw the same room for other dates at 450 per night, which is really bad value)

- The carpet by the bed was stained and crusty - shower drain was slow and so the water was quick to fill up in the cabinet and overflow onto the floor - booking said two bathrooms but there was only one tiny bathroom in the family suite

Firstly, the airport shuttle was very reliable to and fro. Nice location, just a stones throw to the airport. I love the view from my window. I could literally see the world trade centre, the control tower of the airport, planes flying at close range, the trains, tram, nice mountain view, beautiful flowers/trees, just to mention a few😃 As for the room, the bed was so comfy, the toilet, shower room sparkling clean. Bottles of water provided💃as am a water person. There's also a tea/coffee making facilities for all you lovers of such🙂 I'll absolutely visit again. Nice meal, I totally enjoyed it, I had to tell the chef that myself. This was for breakfast which I had at the dining area. There's also room service which I explored for my dinner, if you don't want to eat at the dining area/restaurant. Room service was great, nice presentation👌 Defo worth the value for money. Very convenient location walking distance from the terminal. Superb quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent price. Reasonable sound proofing. Restaurant open late. Parking available.

Shuttle bus is apparently every ten minutes but it was half term so very busy and I gave up waiting and walked the short distance. Limited dinner menu. I can’t eat gluten and there was very little for me. Wine was 16 francs per very small glass, which is daylight robbery!

I really liked the friendly reception staff who were very helpful to this solo traveller. The bar and restaurant area was welcoming with a good selection of drinks and meals. The room was very comfortable with everything you need. The lighting in the room was effective giving either full light or more subtle lighting. Really liked the ability to set the room temperature as I prefer a cool room it was nice to reduce the temperature. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, lovely powerful shower. Great location with free shuttle to the airport. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a hidden treasure and gets a five star rating, because conveniently located “airport “ hotels are normally not this classy. From the minute I stepped into the marbled, mirrored lobby, front desk staff were courteous, caring, and competent. Hotel elevator takes you to carpeted, quiet, and clean hallways. I made my way to a room with marble countertops, large screen TV, two queen size beds with the high-quality linens, comforter and pillows. The full-sized bathroom with shower of marble and tile were spa-like with toiletries. On the first floor of this hotel, I was surprised to find a workout room with a sauna and showers. I was grateful to order dinner on the outside back patio with high-quality offerings of wines, homemade vegetable soup, and crusty bread. This was not, just any type of airport hotel, this is five star and a welcoming free feature was van transportation the next morning to the Geneva airport. I highly recommend Nash hotel and intend to stay there in the future.

We liked the free airport shuttle. We had an early flight out of Geneva in the morning so it was super convenient. The room was very clean. The location is a short bus ride to the city centre. The gym was small but had everything you would need for a quick little workout. Overall it was great!!

We had no idea from reception that staying at the hotel and paying the city tax would provide us with free bus access during our stay. We learned about it through TikTok a day later, and then was able to utilize this perk. It would’ve been greatly appreciated if reception were to have told us this and helped us get our bus passes when we first arrived.

Really close to the airport. Although there was a free shuttle, it was an easy 5 minute walk from the airport. After a cancelled flight, the hotel was everything I needed at to unwind. Hassle free booking, half an hour before arrival, and hassle free checking in. Lovely warm shower, big comfortable bed, tea and coffee, and cold fizzy water in the fridge. Plus USB sockets which meant I could charge my phone for the first time in days!

There were very noisy nighttime roadworks close to the hotel. However, the hotel can't be blamed for that, and they were finished by midnight. I had a lovely sleep after that. I was slightly confused by a sign on the door which told me to check in at the building next door, which I did but caused some slight confusion when I tried to explain this at the desk. It didn't matter.
