All the staff were very helpful, In particular I would like to mention the night receptionist who, despite not being fluent in English, did everything possible to make my arrival as uncomplicated and very welcoming. With regret I do not know her name.

Not knowing in advance that I would have to negotiate some stairs.

I must confess that I have never been in a hotel before with such a personal, detailed, friendly and careful attendance. Valentina is such an amazing person who made our stay in Brindisi unforgettable. The hotel is perfect, right at the port which is very convenient if you take the ferry and close to the city too. There is nothing I could dislike

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful with the check-in because we thought we'll arrive after the reception closed. The room is very big, with a small kitchenette and a big bathroom with everything included.

It's very close to the airport and there is a lot of noise when a plane lands over the night. The neighborhood is not friendly, and there is no shop close. You need to go by car to find a shop. The breakfast was poor and no vegetables were available.

Good communication, very friendly staff and although at first a bit strange, but the location, just outside Brindisi is great. With private parking in a safely gated area! The room was spacious and very clean and we were welcomed in a very friendly way.

Close to ferry terminal. Quiet and mostly secure. Communication via email, text message, WhatsApp helped with access to facilities. Good parking facilities, very well organised. Rooms spacious, clean, beds comfortable.

Shower tiles slippery. Location industrial area but we did not care as it was for one night and we wanted something secure and clean, with friendly staff or reception, good breakfast. Just travelling through by car from the ferry.

Very comfortable- great nights sleep after going on the ferry. About two minutes drive from the ferry. The receptionist lady was lovely. She even put our air con on for us before we arrived so the room was warm. Totally recommended. Thank you so much 😊 🙏🙏

Handy location for the port. Very functional hotel. Spotlessly clean, easy parking, very friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good

Isolated. Can’t walk anywhere - even to the terminal and 10’ drive into Brindisi to eat.

secure gated parking. Close to the port. Very helpful staff. They arranged for food and drink to be delivered to the room even though it was after 9 at night. Excellent clean room and good bathroom with an excellent shower. Good Aircon. Good breakfast. Good wifi.

The hotel was very nice and was like a little oasis. staff were friendly and helpful everything was clean.

Location was remote well outside of town on an isolated industrial estate, which was not apparent to me when I booked, the roads are in terrible condition in this part of Italy. It is a 15 minute drive into Brindisi to find a restaurant.

Quiet place with secure parking near to the ferry port. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. If you arrive at night the personal will arrange self check -in with very clear instructions so you not worrying about the anything.
