A nice continental breakfast, with bread, butter (on request), jam and a choice of coffee. We asked for extra bread and second cappuccinos, which were provided without question. Very friendly welcome, but not over the top, extremely helpful advice for local restaurants and pizzerias. Authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Free parking, perfectly adequate (motorcyclists could even garage their bikes), right in the centre of the village in a pretty square. We will be back - it makes a perfect quiet stop on the way to, or back from Genoa ferry port.

Nothing comes to mind, very good value for money. For the price it would be unreasonable to expect more. We were very happy with our choice. Obviously, some parts could be updated, but to us, this was all part of the real charm of the Albergo.

Very friendly owner who spoke english. I could park my Vespa in his garage on the property. The room was fine, breakfast was great. The hotel is right in the middle of the charming town Casella with a few restaurants nearby. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Super nice owners, making sure that we were feeling like at home. Nice, clean room and tasty food with amazing hospitality. Beautiful park on the back as private nook where I stayed longer to have an online class, the owners were amazing. Warmly recommending to everyone.

Can’t think of anything.

Its our first italian small village experience and we had a doubt about the situtation with my mother but everything is wonderfull. The hotel owners are family and they run here. The owners can speak really good english. Our plan was stay only 1 night but we stay for 2 night. Breakfast is depend what you want. They ask and prepare for your wish. I strongly reccomend.

The host was very friendly and found the perfect way in being on a personal level with is without being too officious. He also gave us a fabulous recommendation (the osteria nearby) for having dinner. The location ist great located at the Central Place and it was pleasure sitting there in the afternoon, enjoying some Italian beers and enjoying the village's neighbourhood. The room we're perfectly cleaned and from comfortable size. It is a perfect place for anybody who ist not keen on luxury environment but want to enjoy authentic Italian countryside life. For breakfast we were offered a coffee variation of our choice and could decide between bread/croissant with omelett or a variety of cold cuts. All together, we left very satisfied and would definitely return for another stay.

Super, friendly charismatic host, very welcoming and accommodating from the outset ;). Great secure parking/garage for bikes. No dislikes, but the shower doors in my room need some attention! Very happy with with this stay, super perfect omelette for breakfast, make the request!

Hotel was quaint and in an idyllic location. Simple but perfect for the setting. Wish we could have stayed longer. Couple managing are delightful and extremely welcoming. Husband spoke excellent English which we greatly appreciated.
