It's a nice hotel. It's expensive, like airport hotels everywhere, but the Hilton Rome hotel is even more expensive (but it's closer). There are no bathrobes, even on request, but they did provide extra large towels. There are no toothbrushes, but there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. I don't know about the food, as we didn't eat there. There is limited information about the transfer, even in the reviews, so I will provide it. September 2025 - the stop is located slightly diagonally from the entrance 3 of terminal 3. From the first terminal, you need to walk there, it's close. You don't need to cross the road to the trains, just through the first lane. There is a BLUE A8 pole. To the right of it, there is a rectangle on the asphalt with the airport shuttle logo. It runs every 15 minutes during the day. At night, I'm not sure about the exact time, but it waits for about 15 minutes near the hotel, and we left at 4 a.m. It turns out that once every half an hour, most likely. If the words are incorrect, please excuse me, as I am using a translator specifically for everyone.

Well, having read the reviews, we were very worried about how this hotel would be. Happily, it was just fine for us. Nice staff, a totally adequate room, hotel looks well maintained, decent dining room. The shuttle worked fine.
I wrote to the hotel numerous times before our stay to ask how to get the shuttle from the airport, since there were no directions on their website. No one answered me, and I got my answers by going to hotel reviews. Hilton, answer your inquiries!

Breakfast was good a good choice of tasty food. Thank you a lot for possibility for late check-out
there was no possible to contact hotel staff prior our visit via numerous emails. Despite being very close to airport, the taxi from airport to hotel costs around 20 EUR. Shuttle at night is very rare.

What can I tell you? I arrived in the evening and left at 5am. The few people I had any contact with were nice and professional. The take-away breakfast was much appreciated.

It was clean, central to the airport which was important to us and ideal with the shuttle taking us to the hotel. In typical Hilton standards, the bed was very comfortable and the towels were great.
Expensive but I feel they can charge that for the convenience.

It was an American hotel in Rome. If you've stayed in a European hotel, you get it. The rooms were clean, spacious, bright. It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. All of the staff spoke English really well, and they were helpful. For better or worse, I felt like I was already back in America when I was there.
It was a little more expensive than I would have preferred, but the convenience was worth it. The staff, while super helpful and attentive were not super friendly, but that's not a huge minus in my book. They were not rude by any stretch of the imagination, just European.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport. It’s the perfect hotel for an early morning flight—conveniently located near the airport, and the shuttle service made our arrival and departure seamless. The shuttle took us from the airport to the hotel when we landed, and we also used it to return to the airport the next day, which was very convenient. The hotel’s restaurant was good, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Rome’s airport.

The staff member that checked me in helped me with an issue with my reservation change. Even though I had email confirmation about my date change, it was not in the system but she still was able to give me the room at the same rate that I was promised. She was so helped and understanding (Booking.com or Hilton error). Not sure who to blame but she saw I was not happy and still made me feel at ease with getting me a room right away. The room was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest rooms I have EVER stayed at in my 60years and that says a lot about your housekeeping staff. Just wish the beds weren't so low to the ground ( if you could consider raising the height of the beds). Makes it hard for older people and people with major back issues. But the location next to the airport was perfect 👌🏽. I have already recommended your this location to a few friends traveling soon there. They know they will have to take a ride into the city but being next to the airport is also a huge plus. Thank you Hilton Garden!
Bed to low to the ground. If you could consider raising the bed height, to help older people and people with major back pain issues.

The hotel is large, clean and very convenient as it's right in the Fiumicino airport. The free shuttle bus service was very convenient and runs every 15 minutes. Since we had rented a car from Fiumicino airport, returning there was also very convenient and less pricey. Had a very well priced, delicious dinner in the town of Fiumicino. Our room was spacious, clean and the bathroom and shower were also roomy.
Since this was only a one night stay to make getting to the terminal more convenient, there wasn't anything that stood out. We didn't eat in the hotel, so I can't speak to the price or quality of the food.

Obviously a good location, with frequent free shuttle to terminals. Hilton standard of excellence, staff very friendly (and English-speaking). Room clean and well-appointed. Restaurant/bar is decent and 24-hour snack/beverage area is a plus. Minor complaints: there were some repairs being done on our floor, and there was a very strong toxic odor in the hallway in the morning; should have been properly ventilated. Shuttle driver didn’t announce any stops, and the screen in the bus is inaccurate- we had to rely on people in the know to get off at the right place for our terminal.
