It was amazing place, our apartment was spacious, 2 rooms and a kitchenette , with balcony. We had a view to the garden and it was very beautiful. Also we really liked opportunity to wash our clothes, and self service option was great. It was very interesting to walk inside the building and have a rest in the garden. Also there are couple of restaurants right after the corner so you can have a drink or eat something not walking far away

We had leakage in our shower cabin so the floor was always wet. And also there was a long wait for communication with hotel team and they didn't help us to book a taxi for the early checkout but instead suggested a very expensive partner for transfer.

The room was beautiful. the location good and decor very nice. The few staff we met were lovely.

The check in was a nightmare. We were asked about city tax. we were told upon booking that the hotel would collect city tax but never received another notification on how to pay or when. We waited outside the hotel (in considerable heat) for hours waiting for our pin code to get in. We probably still would be sitting there if a cleaner didn't come out and help us with numbers etc to contact. This was a long and difficult process. Eventually we received a link to pay the city tax and consequently the entrance code. This was not just our experience but another 5 families at the same time also.

our stay here was wonderful. The restaurant attached had amazing healthy food and was convenient when we didn't want to go out in the heat of the day. Location was exceptional it was out of the tourist area but a short walk over the beautiful bridge into the hustle of it all. in the location you are right down the street from awesome restaurants and a cafe with delicious and reasonable priced coffee and pastries.

The room was smaller than expected from the pictures.

We absolutely loved staying here at Numa in Florence. The location was perfect, the building stunning and the garden so calming and inviting. The room was great with a comfy bed and beautiful decorations, plus all the basics we needed for a few days. We loved that they offered free lockers for the day of our departure, and the in house cafe was also great. For a cheaper breakfast option just head outside and walk no more than 3 minutes to find plenty of options.

The walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear the family next door talk, shower, peruse. If we spoke Dutch, we would have known everything :D

Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful amongst the old part of Florence. Great size apartment which was beautiful and clean. Air conditioning worked well in the warm conditions. Lovely restaurant attached to the property which served delicious coffee and breakfast

Few issues with the checkin process as the city tax needed to be paid online before the entry code was sent to be able to checkin. Took some of our fellow travellers 3 or more hours to be able to access their accommodation. Lucky the accom has 24/7 teams on hand via messaging on booking.com and WhatsApp which helped get my elderly parents into their room.

Good location - only a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michaelangelo - but in a quiet street away from the main touristic centre. Super-clean appartment. Nice gardens. Free water top-ups ... and other things.

Appartment very dark inside Not a big fan of the key locking tech (which is clearly fundamental to the 'unstaffed' model). Initially struggled to comprehend the instructions, and struggled to access the building and the room. Eventually the PIN did work, and we used this. Could not get the smartphone app to recognise the lock at all. The buttons on the webpage did work for me, but the link could not be shared to other members of our party. Also, the safe is stupidly unusable.

We did not utilize the breakfast deal with Floret. But having a restaurant right next to the stay was great when we were in a rush. The food there was very good. It was in a super cute neighborhood, near to where we were exploring around. Room was comfortable and AC was nice; it was exceptionally hot during our visit. The outdoor patio was so cute, and there was a laundry room with supplies to do laundry if you needed too.

The only complaint is that the shower leaked onto the floor and made it very slippery.

Breakfast is not directly provided but the annexed cafe is excellent and friendly and the breakfast there is very nice. The communication with the staff through whatsapp was very efficient. Having a small kitchen in the room is really a bonus, and the possibility of doing the laundry in the basement is extremely welcome. Also the water dispenser provides excellent water and you can refill there your bottles at no extra charge, avoiding plastic waste. The palazzo has gone through a careful restoration, and the public spaces are very nice and cozy, we would have spent more time there but the weather was a touch too warm.

The self check-in through the app is a little cumbersome, but that's not a big deal. The beauty of the public spaces, the garden especially, would deserve nicer chairs and benches.

The apartment location, near to city hub but in a quieter area the other side of the river was perfect. Beautifully renovated building inside and out. Lovely to have an outside space , twinkly lights.....lots of seating and some shady areas. The space was fantastic, nice to have more than a room .....kitchenette and dining area. Nicely styled. The WhatsApp communication worked really well. Lovely cafe next door that did a delicious lunch and had good gluten free options.

Nothing! It was excellent and I would recommend.
