Very central location to explore Florence on foot. Naturally, for such a central location, the streets are very lively, so it can get a bit noisy. Wonderful coffee shop across the street. Lots of shops, restaurants and main attractions nearby. Great, comfortable stay in a uniquely decorated apartment.

Check in was a bit challenging. I ended up at a different building due to a Google Maps confusion (do not use the address, just type “Corte dei Neri” if using Google Maps) and gladly I had data to contact the host and sort out the problem, but communication was a bit slow. I realize this was an isolated episode though and it wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again.

This is a great location - 2 mins walk from Piazza Vecchio and the river. The apartment was a good size with separate living room, bedroom. There is a small kitchen in the apartment and a bigger communal kitchen.

The internet did not work very well in the apartment. The only place the wifi worked well was in the bathroom, because it was next to the reception where the router was. I believe the owner tracks who is coming in and out - there may be cameras somewhere...so it was a little unnerving as I felt like I was being watched!

This is a very cozy full apartment without own kitchen. There is a big shared room with a coffee machine and a table. The location is in the heart of the old town, around the corner of the Uffizi Museum. It is located in a ZTL-area, but you can park your car in a parking garage (called on Google Maps: Parking in Florence), which is about 500 meters walk. The owner Duccio is a super friendly man and Marzia (for the email contact) are extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location in the heart of Florence (just steps away from most things you want to see and do)! Fairly roomy and helpful property manager. Absolutely no need for a car.

Outside of Lake Como area, this was our most expensive stay over a 3+ week trip. May just be that all of Florence is overpriced (and we shopped) so I would suggest to look for places well in advance.

I loved the location of this accommodation! We were able to walk to each attraction we wanted to see and only took taxis when we were taking our bags. I loved the split level aspect of the room.

The Wi-Fi was really spotty and did not reach our room. But that was our only issue.

Very well situated with all the major sights within a 20 minute walk. Marzia was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and checked in with us during the stay to be sure that everything was ok. Great recommendations, including a fantastic restaurant nearby.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. Very quiet once you are inside and very spacious. It worked well for two adults and a 6yo child.

There are shared kitchen facilities but having a kitchen sink in the apartment would have been much better. Just to know that the head room going to bathroom was very low.

The location is fabulous! It was easily walkable to the places we wanted to go. It was also a very interesting room and building with an old world feel.

I wish the bathroom was downstairs, or at least a sink. Also, the couch cushions kept slipping down. Both were only minor issues.

Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable stay, The hotel is max 20 mins walking distance from most of the main tourist attractions. There are plenty of good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It can be a little noisy because the building itself is very old. Bring some earplugs so you can sleep comfortably.
