Very good location, within a walking distance of all the most interesting places (Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc.). Via dei Neri, where the accomodation is located, is one of the best streets in Florence. Broad range of all sort of food choices, ice cream, various breakfast options, pizza and all italian cuisine has to offer are at your fingertips. :) The room was very nice, it was rearengement with the carefully maintenance of the historical climate and details of Florence and Italy.

The property was fantastic and Simone was organised, helpful and pleasant. The room was perfect and the location is too. There is a luggage lift for the stairs contrary to other reviews. Well serviced, clean and would stay here again. Thank you Simone!

Great location!

Stairs were higher than usual probably due to it being an old building. 3 floors felt more like the usual 5 floors. Difficult for any older folks.

Amazing customer service from Silvia who went above and beyond. Communicated with us before we checked in asking what time we would arrive. Check in time with staff present ends at 4pm but our train from Rome was late and she stayed till 4:30pm at the property waiting for us! Excellent service even after we checked in through WhatsApp. She gave us breakfast recommendations, told us how to get the bus back to the station - we really appreciate everything you did for us. Made us feel very welcome in a new country. Thank you! The rooms are centrally located if you like to visit the Duomo and San Lorenzo market. Lots of shopping and cafes right outside the property.

Our room was on the 3rd floor with 65 steps and no elevator. Not the property’s fault but 😞

The place is very good, clean and the staff super nice! The room was overall nice, the bed somehow comfortable and the bathroom good size for 2. The shower was nice. The room was a bit warm, since there is no window and we could not open the door since the region has some mosquitos. The common area has coffee, some small snacks and even some candies. The rooms are located in the 3rd floor and no lift, so important to consider that if you have a big luggage. The location is perfect, nearby all the highlights of the city.

Right in the old town of Florence! There is a small car park nearby, which may need to be booked in advance during the tourist season. The stairs to the top are not the easiest challenge if you have large suitcases. The design of the apartment is in keeping with the old town. Beautiful ceilings. Nice view of the courtyard, where you can see a different Florence. Nice hostess!

The device, which was attached to the stairs, looked like it was intended for a disabled person. Maybe it could be used to transport suitcases?

Silvia the host was lovely and very hospitable. She went out of her way to give us the must dos of Florence. The room was spacious, bed firm and comfortable. The only issue being mosquitoes in the summer months but that was also taken care of with vapes and plug ins.

Only issue other than the mosquitoes which is out of anyone's control was maybe equip the kitchen with a frying pan or spatula. Other than that nothing to fault the stay at all.

We enjoyed our stay; the apartment is centrally located. Silvia is a great host – very kind and polite, and she always responds promptly. We had a self check-in at midnight without any extra fee – most properties in Florence charge for check-ins after 6pm. Additionally, Silvia allowed us to leave our luggage until 8pm. The terrace is lovely, perfect for enjoying a coffee. There are some sweets and a capsule coffee machine with unlimited coffee, which was a nice touch. We would gladly return.

It was a bit cold inside, which is common in Italy at this time of the year, and slippers were not provided, so make sure to bring your own.

Coffee, tea, and snacks were provided. Perfect central locations to all the main attractions in Firenze. A lot of very close locations for food, snacks, and sweets! Frequent towels and sheet changes which was appreciated and the terrace was lovely! Pretty quiet room!

Honestly, it was great. Maybe just provide a couple more hangers? But that’s nothing important!

Really loved this place. We booked it for the terrace and spent a lot of time enjoying the ringing of the bells. The location was in the heart of Florentine history with everything a quick walk away. Though we were focused on a room with a terrace, I had a chance to peek at the other rooms, and they were awesome. If you want something with a little more history, I'd suggest taking a look at one of the rooms without the terrace.

Everything was great. Keep in mind that you will be climbing stairs; there is no elevator. The only time this was a challenge was when we were hauling our luggage.
