This was a perfect experience. We received very detailed information before check-in which helped us get here smoothly. I would like to thank Roberta for being very patient and friendly. She gave us so many suggestions and help. Of course, the other staff were also very good. The most I saw every day was smiles. The room was very spacious. Although the apartment was on the second floor, an old-fashioned elevator could solve the problem of carrying luggage and going up and down the stairs. The breakfast was good, and you can also stay in the living room at other times to read books, drink coffee and eat fruits. The location is good, you can walk to every place, and the nearby restaurants are also worth recommending.

The soundproofing of the windows in our room was not very good, which would affect people with poor sleep.

What a wonderful property, the interior decor and design and the quality of the furnishings. It was splendid. From the minute we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and even though we were just dropping off our Luggage offered us coffee and refreshments. Roberta was exceptionally helpful, recommending an excellent restaurant for dinner and organising an early morning Taxi at 4:30 am.! and they were so kind and insistent on leaving us a selection of pastries so that we didn’t miss out on breakfast when we were leaving so early

I would prefer a walk in shower as it is a bit of a challenge climbing into a roll top bath if you are not tall.!!

Everything. We stayed in the Bianca Suite and the room was so nice and big with high ceilings. The main thing is that it was really clean. For me cleanliness is really important. I requested a cot and the sofa bed set up for my kids. Both were ready on our arrival. The cot was set up really nicely. They also have a living room area and kitchen that is for communal use with leftover pastries, cake, and fruit from breakfast. There is also tea, coffee and water you can help yourself to. The location is great. The staff is great. I'd stay here again!

Just the elevator. The property is on the 2nd floor but because each level is quite high, the flights of stairs are quite high. The elevator is quite old and the doors aren't that wide. We couldn't get our pram in it. We have cybex priam.

The room very was spacious and clean, it was very good to have access to the kitchen, with always fresh fruit, water and some snacks available. The winetasting with the wines from the property of the owners of the building was very nice. The location is great, in the heart of the centre of Florence, but a very calm street. The building (a historic tower) has thick walls, so inside it is very quiet. A special thanks to Roberta, for her perfect tips for restaurants and sightseeing, the wine tasting and nice conversation that we had. And a special thanks to Katia. She took very good care of us at breakfast time, was super sweet and kind. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Florence and could not possibly have found a better place to stay. We have traveled to many places and booked many hotels and apartment, but this is one was different. The receptionist, Roberta, is an amazing person and the best hostess we have ever met. When we arrived, she took the time to talk to us and advise us on what to see and where to eat in Florence. Then, usually when we book an apartment, we check what essentials are missing (coffee, dish washing product, soap, etc.) and run to the store, but here someone had made sure nothing was missing! There was even a decorated Christmas tree in the living room! So this time, upon arrival we didn't have to leave again and go to a store, we simply sat down and had coffee on the couch next to the blinking Christmas tree. Way to start a winter vacation properly! We really felt at home in the spacious, clean, private and fully equipped apartment. And then, best of all, and something we usually avoid, was the common area near the reception. Here there were two rooms for guests to relax or have a chat with Roberta : a spacious kitchen with free coffee, fruits and pastries (all of the highest quality!) and a living room where we once spent an incredible 2 or so hours tasting wine produced by the owners (very good wine) while Roberta told us about the history of Florence and of this residence in particular. The service was spectacular. We are very lucky to have been able to stay at this residence. We also thank Katia for letting us stay and have coffee and pastries on the last day, long after breakfast service had officially ended.

This is an overdue feedback . My husband and I were staying at this lovely guesthouse from 15th to 19th December . The place was just what we needed - ample living area space , a comfortable clean bedroom and a kitchenette that was well equipped . They even had a laundry room . The location was excellent, close to restaurants , landmarks and supermarket . We were grateful that the staff were all so friendly and hospitable . They really went the extra mile to make our stay so welcoming . We want to thank Kartia for making such a great breakfast buffet for us plus that special cup of cappuccino every morning . Thank you Camille for taking the time to take photos of us at the lovely lobby . I highly recommend this place if anyone visits Florence .

The staff were simply lovely, cheerful, friendly and full of good tips. Roberta was extraordinarily informative. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The communal rooms were well sized and the facilities good considering that the building is very old. Delicious breakfasts.

Noise travels up from the street and there was a lot of late-night shouting. It would have been good to have one or two English-language news channels on the TV in the room. Some small problems with controlling the temperature of the shower.

Very central location. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. The place is very homey and comfortable. Staff were warm and welcoming and very attentive. Roberta at the reception does a particularly superb job in making everyone feel at home - our son wanted to stay an extra night just to get the opportunity to chat with her one more time. The kitchen and breakfast were also great, under the caring hands of Nathalie who seamlessly caters for everyone’s needs. We will definitely come again!

Everything was perfect

Very convenient location! Roberta is a wonderful hostess, shared places not to miss, hosted a great wine hour and kept in constant communication. The breakfast spread was everything one could want. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in the Vittoria Suite, just off the dining & kitchen area. I was concerned it might be loud in the morning but it was never an issue. The room was quite large, it had twin beds converted to a larger one and the bathroom even more grand with a double sink and a shower/ toilette area separated by a door. Our friends had the Edourdo Suite in the hall off the reception. It was a tad larger than ours with a king sized bed. The bathroom was not quite as large. The Sophia is the best, with two windows as it is on the corner. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. While most of Italy is enduring a major heatwave, it was 95-100° F while we were there and the AC couldn’t keep up. Our room was about 78-80° with the AC on. We requested and received a fan, but it pushed so little air it didn’t make a huge difference. We managed to sleep, just not under the duvet. With this weather and the ancient building we accepted this and everything else made up for it! Will definitely return.

Better AC would be extremely helpful.

The property was perfectly located and Florence is very walkable. We were able to explore around the town very easily. The room was very clean with lovely decor suited to the historic background of the building. We had a perfect stay in Florence. Roberta, the concierge, really made our stay. She welcomed us warmly and helped us with many recommendations and explored the city map with us on arrival. She also runs a wine tasting every night in the common lounge and shares the history of the Peruzzi tower. She is very knowledgeable and lovely to talk to. When we needed a cab to take us to the station she was more than happy to reserve for us. We visited many of the locations and restaurants she recommended and were not disappointed. Peruzzi residences has been the best stay of our trip so far and we would more than happily stay again.
