It was just incredible few nights in this magical hotel. Everything is very well organized, easy check in. It was cool to take a ride on the oldest elevator in Florence which is located in the building of the hotel. Our car was taken on the arrival, so we had no hassle in finding a parking space around. We booked the room with our own tower, overlooking the whole city which was a - cherry on cake! Good breakfast, our room was tidied up every day, refreshed water and towels. The amazing perfume shop downstairs - Aqua Flor made this stay unforgettable with its smell. The location is central, easy access by walk to all touristic places. It was truly memorable trip for me and my husband. We will try to come back!

The lady on the reception was not very friendly to us, it left a bit strange feeling after our departure but it didn't affected the impression of the whole stay.

- Room was very modern and comfortable. Very nice decor. - Limited interaction with staff however they were very quick to respond via WhatsApp if we had any questions. - Fantastic location, quick walk to main attractions, restaurants and shops.

- Not a significant drawback as we came to Florence to try the local restaurants and visit the local shops. We found the bar/restaurant area to be very empty and never saw any staff or visitors there. This could be a missed opportunity for the hotel to offer a nice glass of wine or a snack for visitors at the end of a day of touring Florence.

The room and hotel was beautifully charming! The location could not be beat, it is very centrally located and everything is walkable. There is an excellent restaurant directly across the street. The check-in was located on the 2nd floor, and the room was right down the hall. They do have an elevator. There was an outdoor deck located off of the breakfast area which had nice views. The room was spacious, had A/C and a large TV. The bed was huge an very comfortable.

Parking was odd and expensive $38.00 per day. It is a 3rd party person that you pay directly. You have to notify them at least an hour before you want to pickup your vehicle and parking is not onsite it's at an offsite location.

Beautiful little boutique hotel (ony 9 rooms/suites) situated inside a secure, private courtyard on a quiet side street. Yet it was around the corner from the Basilica Santa Croce and only a 5-minute walk from the Galleria Uffizi. Perfectly located to walk to all the major sites, restaurants, shopping etc. yet the area maintained the feel of a local neighborhood with school children in the piazza, folks grabbing a morning cafè and croissant on their way to work and lots of people out for evening stroll. While the door to our room (#9) was on the hotel's only floor, once past the door we had to decend a flight of carpeted stairs to our suite. This was not a problem for us but could be for anyone with a mobility issue. We had not been advised beforehand; as the hotel was full booked there were no other rooms available. Most of the staff were friendly yet professional. We would return to the Palazzo Roselli Cecone in a heartbeat!

The hotel communicates via What'sapp. Due to an issue with my sim card provider I was not receiving messages in real time, so be aware to check for messages.

The location is great being in the centre of the city close to must sees art, museum restaurants amd shops. The palazzo is beautiful both outside and inside and with surprise we noticed a beautiful perfume shop in the courtyard but we had a Taxy waiting so we could not go in. Another great feature was the lift built in early 19th century the second of the city. Room was spacious bed comfortable and big and most important clean.

The ventilation system in the bathroom too noisy every time we turned on the light in the bathroom that would turn on as well was a bit annoying. Also there was a faint smell of maybe mould .

   Excellent location, all major sights are within walking distance. The room was clean and air conditioned.

  I would welcome bathrobes and slippers in the room. Also, the lovely view is not from the room, but from the tower that belongs to the room however there are 60 rather steep steps leading up to it. The beds are quite soft and the shared mattress on the double bed means that the jiggling and movement from one side disturbs the other.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking in communication good to ensure safe arrival to hotel. Lovely building and central position in Florence.

Needed modern TV in second room as not able to access Netflix or you tube. Access to tea and coffee in room. Though coffee in reception area. One more key card for other partner. First bedroom curtain in bathroom had fallen down so very little privacy. Second night moved to more comfortable room with curtain in bathroom.

Communication was excellent. The hotel contacted me by WhatsApp the day before our stay, so when we knew we would arrive earlier than planned, we let them know and they had our room ready. Reception were efficient and had some good tips for us for dining and sightseeing. We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful and our room was quiet, so we got a good sleep each night.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The property is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. You will be a short 5 minute walk to the main attractions in Florence. Staff was really nice, helpful, and always answered quickly. Bathroom was nice and clean. The room is a bit on the smaller side, but still very nice. They offer coffee, water, tea and juice at all times, which is very convenient.

We honestly liked everything.

The staff and Niccolò are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The room with the tower access/view was so beautiful and special, it was so memorable to stay here. My husband and I adore Florence and this hotel embodies all of the reasons why!

The lift is a bit scary but it works great! Also you can always take the stairs ;) I really don’t have anything to complain about, this hotel is great.
