We had a wonderful stay at Relais Bijoux! The views of Castello Aragonese are absolutely priceless, and the whole property is kept super clean and fresh—it even smelled lovely throughout. The pool was a perfect place to relax, and it was great having lunches and drinks available on site. Breakfast each morning had nice options to start the day. Carlo, the owner, was truly delightful and made us feel so welcome. The property also offers a personal driver, Ciamir, who was fantastic—always available, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. We also loved that private boat tours could be arranged directly through the BnB, which made our stay extra special. Highly recommend!

Lovely views: it’s located on a hill which is a 20 minute walk down to the city. The staff offer a shuttle service anytime you need. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great coffee in breakfast 💖 if you’re into sweet breakfast, it’ll more than satisfy you with delicious cakes. Spacious room - which opens to the pool and terrace area so you often have the other guests and staff walking in front of your door. if you’re looking for more privacy; it’s something to consider. It didn’t disturb us, though. We had nice chats with the other guests. It felt like a cosy family environment also with Carlo being so nice to us. Definitely recommended.

I stayed at Relais Bijoux with my family (5 adults, 1 infant) and we had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, and it is situated quite high up so the views of Ischia are phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and excellent coffee. Carlo was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, carefully choosing the best rooms for each of us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Carlo and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay at the property and saw all that Ischia has to offer. I also loved the pool! I can’t recommend this place enough!

The breakfasts, the staff, the rooms - it was all amazing! It’s a bit of a trek to get to, but the free ride to and from the port by Jamil is fab, and the spectacular view makes it all worth it. Carlo was a fantastic host, he was always ready to greet us at breakfast and have a nice chat, and was happy to arrange things for us. The rest of the staff were also lovely, easy to talk to and happy to help. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The communal area is beautiful, a lovely green oasis. Overall a great find!

I wish the swimming pool was a bit warmer and cleaned a bit more often; I didn’t get many chances to swim in it which was a shame, but whenever I did there was too many bugs, leaves, etc to swim comfortably. It’s also a bit of a pain to get to but the free shuttle and views make up for this!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation during my holiday! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, scenic area that was still close to everything I needed. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host – they were incredibly helpful from the moment I booked until the day I left. They provided clear directions, gave fantastic local recommendations, and were always available to answer any questions. Thanks to the host’s attentiveness and warm hospitality, I felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough – I’ll definitely be returning!

Carlo and his team did everything to ensure we had a relaxing and memorable stay. A beautiful property set up on the hill with a spectacular view from our room (and the common areas) over Ischia Porto, Ischia Ponte and as far as Vesuvius. Delicious cornetto, cakes and coffee served on the terrace. The room was comfortable and clean. We met other lovely guests there. Shuttle provided on demand to allow easy transfer to town (5 mins) although we enjoyed the 15 minute walk up and down.

Nothing worth mentioning

Fabulous views from the terraced areas, and a lovely place to sit for breakfasts, (we were lucky with sunny weather in mid October) Lovely friendly host, nothing too much trouble. The property is up a steep road (hence the amazing views) but Carlos happily drove us up and down to the Port where there are many busses to take you to other towns on the island. We did walk to the port a couple of times and it took about 15 minutes. We didn't use the swimming pool, it was small ( but as described in the property details) it was lovely and clean with plenty of lovely lounging areas,

Nothing to dislike, everything was as described in the details. I would say the room is very traditionally decorated. If you like slick modernist interiors,and hi-tech gadgets, then maybe this is not your style of place.

A one of a kind experience due to the staff. The outdoor atmosphere and view was spectacular. The breakfast was over the top.

Due to the nature of ischia’s narrow roads and no sidewalk, the only way to leave the b&b that felt comfortable was to have the staff drive you down near the port. They were quite quick and efficient about it but just good to know going in.

Everything was perfect! The location was absolutely dreamy and beautiful – just like in the photos, or even better. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome from the start. All the staff were fantastic – always friendly and helpful. They even arranged a smooth transfer for us from the accommodation to the port when needed, which made our stay very confortable. A very beautiful place where I would love to come back.

I read the review is this place and thought it might be too good to be true, but took a chance. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The service is top notch. On our arrival, we got a ride up to the property. Carlo, the owner, met us personally with a map of the island, refreshments, and made us feel completely at home. Dinner was fantastic, breakfast was a wonderful buffet selection of fruit, pastries and coffee. His attention to detail was meticulous. The workers at the property were attentive to our every need. The pool was small but a welcome refresher from the heat. There was a poolside shower, a friendly cat and the cool breezes. Can’t speak highly enough of this place, especially staying here after Naples - it was a welcome respite. 10 out of 10.
