The hotel was in a very good place: not far away from the centre but in the countryside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made sure we were always accomodated and offered us their help from just a single coffee to extra shampoos and even helped us with a reservation in a nearby restaurant. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the breakfast had all the mainstream options we could ask for. We also loved ther outside sitting area as it was spring and we could enjoy the weather and nature.

The only complaint we can express is with the quadruple room: the fourth and extra bed was hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t mind because it was only for one night but maybe it could be a problem for long visits

The breakfast was great! The location was ideal for our stay (very close to our conference hotel and close to the port/sea). The staff was very nice and although they didn't know English very well, we were able to communicate. The cleaning lady was very nice and effective.

The internet connection was non-existent. We could connect to the wifi, but never managed to open a single webpage. Not even "un-popular" hours: we didn't manage to connect even early in the mornings (e.g. 6AM) or late at night (e.g. 2AM).

We are so happy that we chose Villa Fortuna for our stay! It was very lovely. We even got an upgrate for a room, welcomed with a cup of nice cappuccino and everything we needed for the baby. The location is great, everything you need close by and only couple minutes with a bus to the city center. The staff we super lovely and even helped us at breakfast with taking care of your baby!

We received a friendly welcome on arrival and the friendliness continued for the whole of our stay. The property is about a ten-minute walk from the centre of Ischia Porto and Via Roma (the main street). Our room was quite big enough for a married couple. We also had a lot of outside space with a sun-lounger, a table and sun-parasol. The breakfast was very good, continental style with a selection of fruit juices, croissants, cakes, yoghurts and a very good capuccino or espresso. Overall, we found it great value for money.

The wi-fi signal was a bit weak inside our room but worked fine on the terrace. We had no actual complaints about our experience.

Nice airy room with big balcony and huge bathroom. Very good breakfast. First time I can ever recall getting real maple syrup ata hotel buffet. Only a couple or places to eat close by and both prone to unforeseen charges. Three buses stopping close by to take you to the ponte or water front/port or main shopping street. No 5, 6 and CS (left around the island) or CD (right around the island) depending on which way you are heading. When you get off the ferry walk left to the end of the street and you will find the bus station. Take 5, 6 or CD and get off just after the intersection after the Conad then it’s a five minute walk.

All good except the instructions about which bus to take to get from the port weren’t great. That bus only ran once an hour whereas the ones I’m recommending run around every 15 minutes and the walk is only about two minutes more.

The staff was very nice. The lady at the reception in the evening wait for us after her reception hours because we were late. The man in the morning at reception was also very nice and cooperative. The place was very beautiful, clean, calm.

Everything was okay. Only the electric kettle was a little bit dirty.

Great staff. We were hot and tired. The host noticed it and offered us coffee. The room was bright, clean, the terrasse was overlooking the front street and the garden. Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices: fruits, yogourts, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, pastries, toasts, coffee etc.

The Guesthouse was exactly what I have seen on the pictures. Nice house, well organised, very cleaned. Good breakfast.

I really didn't like how far was the location, too far from the beach but this was just my humble opinion.

Excellent size rooms. So accommodating to our young children. Lovely staff and lovey breakfast.

Floors were a little dirty - but we only knew this as my baby was crawling around - wouldn’t have been an issue otherwise :)

Lovely spacious bathroom. Really great design with superb shower!. Room had a lovely view and there was a fridge and a kettle provided which I really loved. You could also use the cold drinks and pay Euto 1 50 a tin which is great. Breakfast was really great. I loved their massive croissants with cream in. They had wonderful lighting options in the room. Very romantic if uou had someone along
