We stayed in the buttercream room, very spacious and professionally thought out. It is quiet. We had a nice little balcony and the bathroom was comfortable and very clean. They have a frigobar and a safe box which were appreciated details. They have a passcode to get into the building and then to the rooms, without using any keys ever, which I think is a good system when you are traveling with someone else. The room has a coffee machine with complimentary pods to enjoy during the stay.

There is no private parking but we found a spot on the street outside so it was fine. We had some difficulties during check in concerning the room we had chosen but they were thankfully resolved with the host.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely kind and helpful – he assisted us with parking upon arrival and explained everything clearly. He also provided us with breakfast vouchers that could be used at several places in town, which was a great and thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, modern, and very well organized. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation and warm hospitality!

This is an excellent and quiet apart-hotel 10 mins walking distance from the center of Matera. Basically, the hotel is a block of rooms in an apartment building. There's no doorman or hotel extras (like gym), but a very friendly host came to greet us upon arrival and gave us a plenty of useful info about the city. The room was modern, super clean and comfortable. Parking is next to the building for extra 10 EU/night - definitely worth it. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe. Again, very convenient.

I had a fantastic stay in this clean and comfortable room, which featured modern décor and all the necessary amenities. The price was reasonable compared to other options in the city. Private parking nearby was convenient, with hourly rates and a daily maximum of 20 euros, though there was also the possibility of finding free parking around the area. What made the stay truly exceptional was the owner—extremely nice, helpful, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend

Location is great, close to the historic center, room is clean.

The additional bed didn't have any sheets, so we had to use a blanket instead, which was not very comfortable. The neighbors were extremely noisy and sounded like they were moving furniture. They stopped around 11:30 PM but started again at about 5 AM. I contacted the host, and she responded a couple of hours later, telling us that she had resolved the issue. Unfortunately, for us, it was a little too late.

Great location, 5m walking to the city center. Free parking on the street, also a paid garage near the location. Very kind host, clean and comfortable. For breakfast, you have 3 options to choose from in 3 different restaurants in the city; we chose Lounge Caffe. Espresso was excellent, delicious croissants, and sandwiches. Very pleasant time in Matera.

Everything!! The rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect for a 2 minute walk to the old town (while also being quieter) but best of all is the service. Our hosts were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They also helped with booking our taxi and tours, and when we had an issue they resolved it really quickly and with generosity. We can't fault this place and highly recommend it. It's amazing value for money.

Exceptional room, quality fittings, great bed. Very easy to park car...we got spot in front of building free. There is at 50m paid parking too for 20 euro 24 HR undercover. Room is 500 metres from the heart of Matera. One flight of stairs to our room.

The hotel is located just outside the old town which can be reached in two minutes by foot. Rooms are spotlessly clean and quite big. Nevertheless the crown jewel is the staff! We had just one afternoon and one morning to spend in Matera, right upon arriving our kind hostess summarized the key activities and helped us to reserve two guided tours and that night's dinner. Our stay would not have been the same without her advice! Listen to her!

Very good facilities, almost brand new, best shower I have had in Italy. The owner was very friendly and went out of his to help us communicate with the rental car company to solve some issues. Breakfast was in an excellent small cafe nearby.

The sliding door of the toilet was a bit difficult to open, otherwise everything was fine
