Great location, just few steps from the city center area of Sassi, with an underground parking with payment nearby. Modern and clean room, with a fully equipped kitchen angle, big bed and bath tube placed in the middle of the room, excellent breakfast served in the room - on the terrace. The owner is a nice person, always available for tips and advices for the things to be visited in the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised for receiving a room upgrade. Great accommodation, we highly reccomend it!

Absolutely EVERYTHING. Great location. Fantastic facilities. Our room was incredibly beautiful and super spacious. Gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and we had it on our private terrace. The staff (Antonio) was simply amazing, incredibly helpful and made our stay perfection. As we were there we also met the owner who was super nice and lovely. We would highly recommend it and we’d 100% go back if visiting Matera again.

It was one of the most beautiful trips and the property was beyond wonderful! The staff was so nice and welcoming, they recommended us where to eat, provided a map and tours, all in all they were very friendly. It was super clean, they cleaned our room daily and made sure that we had all that we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful and modern room but with a lot of character. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast a la carte every morning. Perfect location - super close to Sassi, but also very accessible as on one of the main roads. Very clean room and great housekeeping every day. One of the best small luxury hotels I have been to!

very warm welcome, we were given a map and explained where to go; vaulted room with a modern feel; you can choose the time for breakfast and what you want for breakfast the day before (this can be an advantage or disadvantage); we parked our car in a nearby public parking garage with CCTV;

you hear other guests talking in the hallway (there are not that many rooms, though)

We had a wonderful stay in a large room with grandeur style architecture but cosy at the same time. The location is perfect for visiting the old town of Matera. We choose for the ‘in room breakfast’ which is really really tasty and looks amazing. And finally having an accomodation which provides the attributes for tea as well is totally making me happy as can be.

We were very impressed with the rooms quality and very pleased with the staff. We were able to park our car right in front of the hotel entrance which was very convenient. Free breakfast was very good. You can fine a highly rated restaurant right in the same building. Will definitely pick this property again if traveling to Matera in nearest future.

The staff, particulary Antonio was super helpful and gave us lots of recommendations of where to visit and eat. The room was very central(not in the old town) but an easy walk. Breakfast was amazing and we ate it on the patio

An intimate, chic and elegant hotel, with a top 10 staff, who were nice and prompt with all our requests (late checkout, transfer to the airport, etc.). We were accommodated in the suite that had a gorgeous terrace, where we could have breakfast in the room/on the terrace. Breakfast was delicious every day. The room is very large, with a special design. We felt great at their place, I recommend it!

Location was excellent - walking distance to everything in the old town. Our room was huge and extremely comfortable. Our host Antonio was outstanding! Very friendly and wonderfully helpful! Breakfast also, was delicious!
