We stayed from 9-11/8/23. The location was the most convenient to visit the Sassi in Matera. There is free parking just outside the rooms, or with payment (just 0,70€/h) on the next street. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. There are good amenities and also espresso available. The owner and stuff is polite and available! Everything was great!

The room was gorgeous, cosy and the bed absolutely comfy and the bathroom very well equipped with all you need. The communication with the host was excellent, she sent me messages at the right time. All was really easy, check in, check out. I absolutely will be back here.

We loved our stay and this place. We never saw the owner and any member of staff but we felt very welcomed and we could feel they are lovely. There were a lot of very nice touches. Good parfumé in the bedroom, tea and coffee in the common areas, and even a welcome message!!! Loved it

The bathroom door does not close completely so you do not have total privacy (the person in the bedroom can hear everything).

The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the historic centre! Also, quite easy to park around the residence. The room was very cozy and comfortable, with a welcome message on the door. Martina was so helpful and nice, I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Matera and have already recommended this place to some friends!

The room was very tidy and quite spacious, everything worked, the location was very good - near to the centre and the railway station on a quiet alley, felt safe travelling alone, the hostess was great - very helpful, gave excellent tips and made feel very welcome

the colors of decoration, the quietness, the perfect location, the cleanliness (spotless), the facilities and the syle, petfriendly hotel, clear instructions, coffee and the cookies, comfortable bed. EVERYTHING!

Brilliant communication before, during and after. Location was brilliant, close to everything. As a solo traveller I felt very safe walking back to accommodation late at night. The accommodation was nice and quiet and I loved having a little balcony. Room was spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful bonus, to be able to drop my bags at the apartment early than the check in time.

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like it was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family to use if they ever travel to Martera.

Communication was easy, the atmosphere is cosy with tea and coffee and mugs. You find everything to be comfy. The hotel is 5mins walk to sassi. I liked it

The host was very helpful. The place is quiet, very close to the Sassi.

Nothing to complain. Maybe the mattress pad is a bit too rigid.

Everything as above. The location for the centre and the Sassi is superb and free parking on the street outside was a huge bonus.

The check in electronically was a problem for me but probably my own fault. I would also prefer a kettle in my room rather than in the communal area. But everything else was great.
