The location of the apartment is very good and the apartment itself is very nice with a common terrace. The staff was very friendly and available at anytime.

The breakfast included packaged croissants, jam, toasts, and cake, as well as juice and coffee, which were renewed every morning and were available in the apartment for the whole day.

The location of the apartment is great - not too far from the railway/bus station, not too far from the city center and sassi area, not too far from the shopping area, etc. Also, the apartment is very safe as it is part of a residence complex closed at night and even during the day in specific periods. Then, inside the apartment, we had everything we needed. It was all spotless, and the AC was working great, with a centralized system reaching all rooms, not only in one area. Also, the host was wonderful. Antonela was there and very helpful, flexible, and warm. She was prompt in all our communication before and during our meeting. She gave us a phone number for WhatsApp and calls. On the last day, when we closed the apartment, left the keys on the table, and realized we had forgotten something in the apartment, at 7 am, she answered our desperate phone call and found a solution for us in 5 minutes. Grateful for everything! I strongly recommend the apartment to anyone traveling to Matera!

Oh my gosh, this place was amazing! Central Air conditioning which I never see outside of North America and I’ve travelled a lot. Very clean and big! Bathroom is awesome and the shower is a nice size. Love that there’s a pull out couch as my partner has sleep apnea so we need to sleep separately. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s a short 5 minute walk or less to Sassi. It’s accessible for big suitcases (there a part of the several staircase that is like a slide) and has an elevator. There’s a parkade nearby for 20 euro a night, but in another add of a hotel nearby, they said there was one for 8 euro a night. The manager was so helpful and nice and gave me the number for a taxi and a cheaper option for a hot air balloon ride. She also told me that the train station was near (about a 5 minute walk). The bus station is about a 27 minute walk or 15 euro taxi.

The apartment had two large spacious bedrooms and lovely kitchen and lounge area. There were three in our group, but this apartment could accommodate up to six people with two sofa beds in the lounge area. Continental type breakfast was included with a variety of cakes and biscuits as well as a coffee machine and tea making facilities. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. A washing machine was also included and a drying rack was found under a bed. A secure parking garage was also nearby.

There was easy parking in a basement car park around the corner (you had to pay extra but worth it for the convenience). The unit was huge and well kitted out. It had a washing machine (unfortunately no drier, but there was a drying rack and heat towel holder so that would suffice to dry socks and undies). It was a short wander to the main attractions in the city and plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Nice location and a well maintained building. Apartment was big, comfortable, and clean.

The coffee machine was not in a good condition - we could barely use it. The heavy glass shower door almost fell as one of the hangers got loose. Breakfast consisted of packaged sweets, juice, and milk, which I guess is normal for an apartment after all.

This accommodation is very close to the Central Train Station, so it is very convenient if you have larger luggage. It also has a lift to access your room. The facilities are excellent, large and comfortable. Really not much at all to complain about. I appreciate them making a room available earlier to me.

I'm used to later checkout at 11am and while there are references to it being a hotel, there isn't a reception to hold your bags.

The apartment was clean and was very close to the old town. It is equipped with all that is needed and has very comfortable beds. The host was very friendly and helpful.

I like the idea of not having to leave the apartment for breakfast, but I would add some fruit, yogurt and cheese to it.

Breakfast was just packaged sweet pastries, left by the cleaning woman the night before. Which is fine - Italians like a sweet breakfast. We couldn't quite understand why there were 5 coffee pads for 4 people. Surely one would expect 2 per person, if not more. There was milk in the fridge. Great, clean little apartment, and just minutes away from the Sassi.

We enjoyed having a sofa and chairs in front of the apartment. It just so happened that a group of three smokers were staying next door and tended to hang out just there to smoke.

Waterproof mattress cover, felt uncomfortable under the sheet. One extra pillow, need two. Some chipped crockery. Breakfast all long life, replace with a voucher at a cafe.
