Everything was great, Rossella the host was super friendly and helpful with all the info we needed to move around Matera.

Make sure you have a car when you book this place because it is little bit outside of the city center. We knew that and didn't mind as we had a car. Location is in quiet place in the nature and there is a free parking spot at facillity.

The host was very helpful and guiI had a wonderful stay! The host was very helpful and accommodating, making everything easy and comfortable. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the secure parking with a gate, which was perfect for me as I was traveling by motorcycle. Highly recommended!

Rosella looks after you from before you arrive until after you leave. The facilites are all clean and the colours give a lot of peace. Having a moka to make my own coffee in the morning was a top detail, just awesome. Having nice figs from her garden were a cute detail. And having a bottle of 2l ice for the melting heat of Matera outside Rosella's house made my leaving less sore.

Maybe the only thing to improve is a bit more is the breakfast, having it with some additional charcuterie and Eggs. Nonetheless, it was good enough to leave fit for the long day ahead.

The Villa is magnificent , the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We had a warmth welcome from the family and they were very helpful in everything we needed. Perfect location if you want to be close to Matera center and have a quiet room in the nature, it took us around 5 minutes to arrive with the motorcycle. We are traveling a lot and this was one of our best experiences in Booking, thank you for everything, hope we have the chance to meet you again, kisses to Vittoria!

Lovely accommodation with superb views. Rossella was by far the loveliest and best host we've had throughout Italy. Wonderful homemade breakfast .A really relaxing and homey environment and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay

Rosella was an amazing host. She was able to help us with dinner reservations and a hair dresser recommendation. The villa is set on the outskirts within 5 minutes of town. It made parking easy. Lovely rural setting. The room was perfect with breakfast included but also a small kitchenette to make our own light meal. Coffee and tea provided. Thank you Rosella!

the host and her family were great hosts, they listened to all our wishes and helped a lot with places worth visiting in the city. Pets (kittens, dog) are very cute. best of luck to them with their soon-to-be-born baby!
